This just proves what a great character Courtney Gripling is.

She's not a popular and evil manipulator like Miranda, and she's not a bland do-gooder like Ginger. Courtney does the right thing when it presents itself, but she has her flaws. Despite it all, she's the only one who hasn't betrayed Ginger, or ever really done a mean thing in her life. She just doesn't have it in her to be a mean person. And she's a great friend to have. <3

I loved this episode because it really captured an aspect of Teen life. Dodi and Maci, the girls who are her BFF'S since Kindergarden are the ones she would never suspect of being involved in something to hurt her. Courtney, the girl who she thought was a snob and didnt like her is the one who truely had her back. It goes to show you never who your TRUE friends are. The one's you've known the longest and who you would expect more from are the ones who hurt you the most.

You see out of all the characters on this show Courtney is the most developed. There were times when she could be nasty but not really on purpose and deep down she was a good person. She's a true friend to Ginger, really although Miranda was her closest friend it was Ginger she always turned to for a time of crisis. It's nice to see her helping her.
