My sister has Rett, she is 21 now and no longer speaks or vocalizes. She does giggle occasionally though. I wish we had videos of her when she was younger. Keep making videos of your Rett Angel, you will appreciate it when she is grown! She has a beautiful smile and laugh by the way!
