Its secured so the probability of explosion is very low. There are two pipes that create the barrel: 1/2 inch placed in 3/4 inch pipe. The bullet's made out of copper pipe. So everyth is quite thick. The bullet's diameter is about 10mm :)

the calibre is ok (~10mm), i have to work on the size of it. it has to be smaller n maybe ill try to make an auto.

@seyoum2 10mm is pretty good i hate all these vids that show 22 zip guns that would just piss off someone if you were lucky enough to hit them with it what i wanna try to make is 16 guage shotgun but with a revolver chamber kinda like that crazy jamiacan homemade shotgun thing they had on the news dont know if you saw that one or not but that thing looks like pure evil

In 60s made a 22cal zip out of car antenna. wrapped a lot of wire around barrel to keep it from blowing up in your hand, and small bolt in the back end to fire it. I'm not worried about someone making one because all the antennas are in the windshield .

No, it isn't a silencer, it's just some foam for better grip.

The part with the foam get's hot if you shoot few times, so to avoid burning myself i added something like that.
