i have this phone.

it' s a feature phone, you can' t pretend much from it.

if you want speed, apps and decent internet, you should buy an iphone or an android smartphone.

for videos, music and photos it' s very awesome.

and in my opinion is also very resistant, i treat it very bad but it doesn't want to give up.

internet and java apps unfortunately sucks on it.

but the next phone will be an android smartphone!

iPhones aren't rubbish...there are very good phones because they use capacitive touch screen technology. Most phones today use the old resistive touch screen which isn't as accurate as the capacitive touch screens. Also, iPhones have a HUGE apps store which you can download thousands and thousands of free or paid apps. There's also an upped 3 megapixel camera with video editing software. For me, that's freaking cool. Maybe it is expensive, but if you want a good phone there's a price to pay...xD

I know its rated very good. But the calling quality isn't the best and the battery lets the iphone down. But memory give it a thumbs up even though you cant insert an SD card! But its one of the most common phones around and it had a very responsive screen and its user friendly!!! :)

my first touch phone was the LG U990 Viewty an i liked it got bit date so i upgraed to a LG GW520 and that is better also LG touch screens respond to pressure and not just touch so they are no overaly sensitive like the iphonr plus with the LG touch screens you can still use it when wearing gloves

@ahnabou yea it can be slow turn blue tooth and other things off when your not using them and try not to clutter it up dont use up all the space (just like your hdd on a computer) ive found this problem with most phones shame you cant overclock the processor LOL also if you have the 1.1 version i think it is its a lilttle faster

This phone is awful - poor battery life, very slow responsiveness, temperamental touch screen, calendar functions that don't work (i.e. reminders/alarms) and to top it all off it now thinks there are headphones permanently attached so I can't hear anyone speaking when making/taking a call. Avoid!

as an arena owner, i can safely say that as of yet there havnt been any good apps for it, the apps run on java so theyre not so great. if LG were to allow the arena to have a better OS (maybe windows mobile) then this phone would be great, but until now no word of it

Sean2122dd, It's running LGs own custom OS. It will never ever have the amount of software as the iPhone. Don't think LG has any download services comparable to Apple's Store or Android Market. Then again, it probably runs most Java apps.
