@777Jeremey Per CA penal code 12020, it's a FELONY to own a baton. Unless you're a licensed security guard, Police Officer, Sheriff's Deputy, Correctional Officer, etc. Tho carrying a concealed and loaded gun in public is only a misdemeanor... strange but true.

What sucks is that rarely anyone use them those days. Everybody's for the straight baton, even though the PR 24 has better capabilities in self-defense moves.

@spamdude060 Wrong. EVERYBODY is for the Side Handle (PR-24) which in my opinion, is a piece of crap. The greatest baton of them all is the simple Straight Stick but too many out there will instinctively use it like a club so most have to use the aweful side handle baton...
