  • Wow. Lots of it.

  • The guitarist on the left at 1.47. is like: " what a fuck is wrong with that sound?"

  • Horrible sound on 0.35. Sounds like someone moved the needle from one place to another at record

  • WHY ARE YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES TALKING ABOUT JUSTIN BEIBER ON THIS VIDEO!!

STOP FUCKINGGGGGG SPREADING HIS JEWISH FAGGOT NAME!!!! FUCKCKA[DFK ASF

  • @LiquidxEviL you think "Beiber" sounds Jewish? your dumb

  • @MsMegajosh FIRST OF ALL, I DON'T GO BY NAMES. GIVE ME A VOICE OR A FACE, TELL ME THEY HAVE A RARE FUCKING DISEASE, AND I'LL POINT EM OUT. YOU'RE TALKING TO A PHD ON JEWS. ALSO, YOU MUST SUCK HIS ONE INCH DICK FOR DEFENDING 'IT'.

  • @LiquidxEviL so you think he looks jewish? your dumb

  • @MsMegajosh HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA DUMB ASS FAN GIRL. GO AWAY~

  • @MsMegajosh Actually Peter is Catholic but his wife of 43 years is Jewish. They were married in the Catholic church. None of wich as anything to do with his talent ..and he has that BIG time.

  • @rockinrobintweets we were talking about Justin Beiber.....not Peter.

  • @LiquidxEviL Oh, I am sorry. Nothing for or againgest Justin but since this is a video with Peter Noone I tough he was the subject

  • Justin Bieber has it. The Jacksons had it Beyonce had it The Osmonds had it. Each generation thinks other generations music sucks in most cases.By the way I hated these groups!

  • RIP Leslie Nielson

  • bands like these that grew up in the grim reality of subways during the London Blitz came to us with a unwavering spirit that not only saved rock n' roll, but inspired an entire worldwide generation to not just say something, but DO something;

    sure could use that again;

  • Actually, Justin is a pretty nice kid.

  • Happy Birthday Peter Noone, Thanks for taking the time to take a picture with my sister and my wife. Thanks for the autograph

  • wtf!! unlistenable that kid!!!

  • gotta love the oldies. back before auto tune could fix fingernails on a chalk board to sound pleasant to your ears.. bring back the days of old. and kill all the studio artists

  • they sound so good. I love all their songs. I would love to be in something good.

  • looks like peter dinklage

  • I think that it is so awesome to have save this, theres a couple spots on it that the auido slipped some, but at least it did not get worse then that, Triple A + and a Awesome vote and Kudos for the Poster of this.

  • the acoustic gtr player looks a bit like John Lennon..sort of reminds me of John playin his Gibson J model..

  • In the days before dental makeovers were more common

  • i dont want to be a douche and say a cliche "dislike comments are gay" comment but i mean come on why are 31 people disliking this video, theyre all cynics, just get into a good mood before you see the video or something jeesh

  • Comment removed

  • @royals1985brett - The 31 dislikes are people who are bipolar!

  • @halbie71 Fuck you!I am bi polar!!

  • @wikkedwoman878 - Bye, bye!!!

  • @wikkedwoman878 - And you are bi-sexual!!!!

  • @halbie71 32 dislikes

  • the lead singer is luke skywalker!

  • Sounds like crapballs..

  • @JADYONE So if it does, why are you here? And why do you find it neccesary to comment on it, insulting this song? No one asked for your opinion. So go away.

  • is it me or is the speed wrong ?

  • og bieber

  • wish i was young then

  • Awesome song :D One of the songs that will always be awesome :D We covered this, you can check it out at our youtube page :D

  • hello cant hear) try the other site

  • Well done lads

  • "Somthing tells me your not into something good", with this recording... >x D

  • brave little toaster any one?

  • @lucas070798 Couldn't tell you... but if you find one let me know and I'll go back with you!

  • The sound reminds me of the taperecorder I had for my 11th birthday, - when the battery was going!

  • Horrible quality of sound!!

  • if it was slow all the time, it might of been that nickle i put on the needle before playing the record.

  • wish I was born in those days...Great music.

  • Sound not good, but I love the band & the track.

  • lol the tape changing the pich every moment is hilarious

  • Though am not a British but this music makes me cry, oohhh where are the old days

  • I would sacrifice a hundred Justin Biebers to be at this live taping...

  • @SkunkyAngry I would just sacrifice a hundred Justin Biebers....

  • @SkunkyAngry Smart Asses who mention him all the time make Justin more famous...

  • @GingerGeorgiaBrown

No one's making Justin "more famous." He's about as famous as can be. Pretending he doesn't exist isn't going to make him go away.

  • @GingerGeorgiaBrown

    Who is he?

  • @SkunkyAngry A 100 Justin Biebers???? Who would take them? :-P

  • @SkunkyAngry Shut the fuck up. Justin Bieber is terrible, but the faggots who spam the same retarded Justin Bieber jokes on every video on YouTube are worse.

  • @Supermassively

Hahaha, I wrote that comment when I was drunk a year ago before anti-Beiber youtube jokes became uncool. But now I actually agree with you, that shit gets pretty tiring. So relax, mate, I'm on your side :P

  • I have to say people were a lot like zombies back then, weren't they?

  • nice song. but wow, people were like zombies before lol :)

  • love all the 60s band but i especially like the hermans hermits and the beatles.

    thumbs up if you agree

  • @beatlesforever123456 These guys never matured like the Beatles did though, and they lipsync like crazy.

  • @beatlesforever123456 Stop whoring for thumbs up to satisfy your childish craving for artificial online popularity.

    Thumbs down.

  • awesome song, awesome singing, awesome group, AWESOME TEETH, did i mention freaking awesome addicting song?!?!?!?

  • MOOT TEH LORD OF TIME AND SPACE!!!

  • OH SHIT! I think m00ts a timelord.

  • Moot: The Inventor of lulz and the First Time Machine

  • moot, what are you doing in the 60's? you were not even born in the 60's. get out from here!

  • moot is scattered all over history, he was probably hitlers assistant or something

  • Moot, please, gtfo of the 60's

  • MOOT. GET OUT OF THE SIXTYS.

  • moot what are you doing in the 1960s

  • this song reminds me of NAked Gun..... cool track but rather short

  • Written by the great songwriter Carole King, who just recently had a sellout tour with James Taylor.

  • wat happed to the sound

  • @msinno1969 ya the sound all of a sudden got weird. Goodness. But it got bettter again!

  • @msinno1969 then bad again... :[

  • What memories! I saw Herman's Hermits when I was in junior high in Muncie, Indiana at the Fieldhouse. What a crush I had on "Herman!"

  • gr8t vid including wonky audio! luvd it!

  • CAn u by this video;;to watch on tv? that would be owsome

  • whats with the sound on this one?

  • maybe those F----up teeth as u say;; was the reason for his great singing!

  • remember the naked gun :D

  • Damn, the Brits had some fucked up teeth. I see not much has changed since then. lol

    Great song/band though.

  • @Machiavelli1513 Ever seen the American teeth on the Jerry Springer Show? Oh and the fabulous Mullett haircuts?

  • @hawkmoon03111951 True. But if this is a talented Brit singer with those kind of teeth... I'd hate to see a British version of Jerry Springer. lol Sorry, didn't mean to offend ya. I'm sure most Brits have nice teeth. =)

  • @Machiavelli1513 British and American teeth are probably much the same. Difference being we are not so obsessed with 'perfection' (generalisation there). It is changing, unfortunately, but most of us like imperfections, it is part of a persons character. Nothing is worse than those sad creatures, with their stretched, immobile faces. I'm not offended, we get much worse thrown at us, just wish people would realise that all races are much the same, defects and all.

  • @hawkmoon03111951 You're right and well said.

  • Great song.

    Those were the days.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • These guys minus Peter played a car show in '78, it was really pathetic. Nice Jimmy Page guitar work.

  • Original version of this song by former Cookie(former backing group for Ray Charles) member Earl-Jean Mcree in 1964 and soon after the Hermans Hermits remade it. Written by Coffin/King(Carol King) for Earl-Jean! L.G.N.M

  • I cant believe someone preserved such great video footage - I also found a 60's set that seems really cool - it has Dusty Springfield, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Herman's Hermits and Small Faces - reelinintheyears(dot)com/britishinvasion

  • Why is the sound fucked up? Not good ... That just trashed the whole song

  • Loved these guys ever since I saw an Ed Sullivan collage. They were shown and my friend introduced me to them. Now, they and the Beatles are taking over my iPod. xD

  • a question, im not a fan of the herman's hermits, but i love the 60's british rock. well, is their song or is just a cover?

  • nope this is pure Herman's Hermits, at a time Herman's Hermits actually threatened The Beatles for chart toppers in 65

  • Not really. If you look up the top rated songs of 1965, "Satisfaction" by The Stones and "Help!" and "Yesterday" were rated much higher than any HH song. To be fair, the Hermits did chart several songs in the top 100 that year, but they hardly challenged The Beatles for chart supremacy.

  • It's fine...Something good

  • HAHAHA wow! its sounds sooo funny!!!

  • Sounds like a ,messed up 8-track.

  • Lol.

  • lol at the warped record. what a nightmare for those guys.

  • try the bast band ever

  • lol thats right!

  • I don't care that it's a rubbish copy, I love this song. Hermans Hermits were my favourites when I was between 7 & 9 and I loved their music. The first single was one of theirs.

  • yeah i mix up all those Canadian and British bands I mean they're part of the Commonwealth so they're all pretty much the same Boris the Spider was allways my favorite member of the Who Love how he'd look a Pictures of Jenny well he road on The Magic Bus, but's that's just me. american Women stay away from Me unless your name is Megan Fox.

  • The 2nd Greatest band ever to come out of the UK because everyone knows the greatest Uk band is Dave Dee Dozy Beaky Mick Tich and Pete Townsand of the Guess Who. Greatest U.K. band ever.

  • Pete Townshend of The Guess Who? You mean The Who!

  • um pete townshend?

  • I remember this song so well. Hermans Hermits was one of the first of the British invasion to hit America groups right after the Beatles opened the floodgates.

  • Did somebody sit on the turntable?

  • who origionally wrote this song

  • Gerry Goffin and Carole King.

  • I love these feel good songs I guess it's the harmonies

  • and the beat.

  • JFK in his youth

  • shame its wobbly-still cute though!

  • the singer looks like bobby brady

  • LOL! Scottr1986!!

  • Peter Noone is so cute

  • i know lol, my mom told me she used to be like inlove with him when she was a kid.

  • This sound quality is part of the whole retro feeling... :D Like Shambala from Three Dog Night starting to play in the Dharma van :D

  • what are the chords in the solo?

    Starts with G and then?

  • almost sounds distoretd. like playing an old cassette tape or . a record that the turntable has a speed problem

    other wize GREAT

  • i think the instruments led him off during the beginning

  • There are like 12 key changes in this song :P

  • methinks its some terrible case of wow and flutter thar. prolly a bad motor in the tape player...

  • I always liked this song, those days of innocence are gone forever.

  • Love this song, so pure

but it does not mean today's youth should nothave the same as the yesteryears. Maybe Blu ray did kill the mp3 kill the dvd kill the video did kill the radio star

  • @halbie71 shame isnt it?

  • For sure bless!

  • @halbie71 good

  • @joms654 you will never know how GREAT it was to grow up in the '60s & '70s!!!

  • @joms654 - Bad

  • my rock & roll history class is really getting to me. Hated Johnny cash & Elvis before....now i find myself searching youtube for vids of them.

Not to mention i've never heard of these guys before. But i've got this song stuck in my head. Great music....great music.

  • bbtablet is correct and these guys knew how to have a good time. You were at the mercy of the record player and the record.

transistor radios were ralatively new and they came with a single ear plug. There were no tubes and you could take it with you.

  • LMAO, it sounds like someone done this whilst they were drunk!!! I can't stop laughing at the point of 1:44-1:48 lmao!!!

  • LOL 0:34 is a big one xD

  • peter is absolutely gorgeous, i love him

  • Says I say I says They - Miss the 60,s

  • Great snaggle tooth on Peter. Very sexy.

  • lol, that shits ferocious

  • LOL

  • Too Bassy. Bad recording. Tape also skipped !!!!!!!!!

  • The audio is a little surreal.

  • Very very funny, is not it LP-curved?by sound

  • the audio is waaay messed up

  • No! No! - not messed up! This is exactly how I remember it - and I was there! If you let the fluff build up on the needle of the record player and didn't put a shilling in the meter in time, this is what you got. Records would warp through spilling coke on them - TV was black and white; radio was only just past the Radio Luxemburg stage; Kennedy had just been shot and it was now 1964.

  • I'ts much funnier listening to it BACWARDS!!!! on lsd

  • If you listen to this on LSD it sounds straight.

  • That made me laugh.

  • Love this song-thanks for the great upload-love it!

  • They were so cuuuuuuuuuuute!

  • cutest band in the 60s !

  • My uncle in Wimple Winch (John Kelman) toured with Herman's Hermits. Peter Noone once said to Dee Fenton 'do you want to hear a good joke?' and Dee said 'Yeah, your group!'

  • Sorry, I meant The Four Just Men (Wimple Winch were later)

  • LOL!

  • wow
