Interface is 5 volt from any ckt. But 12V is for relay drive.Pin 8 is -Ve .In this simulation software -Ve is asumed to have been connected at pin 8hence not shown
9 is +ve 12 volt and 8 is ground ie -Ve.The software assumes 8 as ground so it is not shown

You have number 9 pin as common ,but is connected to 12V ,so where is ground from 12v? or which pin of the IC is the ground??

@munzzz123 it's a component called RELAY used with PROTEUS software. Is a relay of 12 volts. best regards.
