  • Can one ever be sure that the mold problem is solved when it's this bad? What would the asking price be on a house like this without the mold "issue"?

  • $524,900 for a piece of crap. So this is the latest scheme developed by the US to con potential foreign investors who have money? I wouldn't take it if it were given to me. Why? The State would steal from me thru property tax and other legal fees!!!

  • I love Jim TV

A real look at the real world, unlike the crap from CNBC,

  • Banks nightmare...that is what the idiots get for loaning to bad credit risks in a time of uncertainty too bad we bailed them out.

  • I used to see this all the time, the previous (foreclosed) occupants stopped up the bath drains on the second floor and left the water running.

By the time the bank found out about it and shut the water off, the house is/was ruined; sheetrock, floors, cabinets, insulation, etc. Very cheaply constructed house to begin with.

  • love the commentary.

    thanks!

  • That's a lot of mold.

  • A disco event!!! :)
