If you can stand that red color, I don't know why you didn't go for a Japanese Jaguar Bass by Fender... it has a matching headstock, better pickups, and it's only about $200 more than a mexican.
i was just asking cause i think you have the same fender jazz bass as me! chrome red? except i put a pearl pick guard on mine oh and it s 60th aniversary! oh yeah and mine's mexican too! i goe mine for $365 so it was a good deal. ebay?
Again, Paul McCartney at his finest!! A real cool jazzy number. I heard the song was about his mother who died when he was quite young; but anywhoooo... nice job on the progression (but don't be shy about it. You pulled the chord out rather well)! 5 stars for choice and play!

I love low-sounding instruments like the bass guitar! It's soothing I guess you could say
AlliBeeBeatle 2 years ago 2
It looks so simple, yet when I pick up a guitar or bass it sounds like shit.
Nice job!

it takes skill to do that song on bass. but u got it that was a great cover!!
hardyboy814 3 years ago
Nice playing, but at some parts, it seems like you made it too difficult for yourself.
On the "Friday Night Arrives Without A Suitcase", don't worry too much about dealing with the fifth fret.
Just start with an open "D" and walk down and up.
smitty01209 3 years ago
that is not a squier, its an mex or japan.
