@DivaMakeupQueen I can't remember which video it was but I think it was from vintageortacky. She/someone explained that the company itself may conduct cruelty-free tests but the manufacturers and labs they do work with (and get their raw materials from) use animal testing. It's like outsourcing from labs/manufacturers that do animal testing. Something along the lines of that. I'll get back with you on this later on this weekend after finding the exact video :)

I have this set and got it on sale for half price on their site last month. I'm a little disappointed with it compared to the other tarte shadows I have :\ I found the shadows to be too chalky and loosely packed. Maybe it's just the one I got?

That is a beautiful collection and the clutch is adorable. I am trying to be more aware of cruelty free products as well. I also am about 85-90% cruelty free. I love animals so much, and hope someday all cosmetic companies are cruelty free.

Very pretty, looks really nice with your eye color. I really don't understand why all companies are not cruelty free. Does it cost more money? There are some super inexpensive cruelty free companies..... Make a better product? There are some really quality cruelty free products as well.... I just don't get it.
