Anyone who owns a basketball need to all study the right way to dunk, I just not too long ago done the exercise program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - I can't recommend anything else (I'm just 5'6!)
i kinda see what u mean, although this year i think melo started doin that a lil bit.....plus watchin from the sidelines prolly helped him a bit to c that he HAS to pass more
