It's interesting that Americans get upset at their troops being ripped off by shoddy service and US tax-payers being ripped off to the total of billions, and yet they haven't put 2 and 2 together to realise why this war happened and why it continues. And not a single word for the people whose country is being ripped apart at the very same time. As if they people that call this HOME really don't matter. I care less about mouldy tents, more about civilians being killed.

The US has been engaged in illegal wars, terrorising, murdering, brutalising citizens of other countries, by the million, and they just don't seem to join up the dots. They really should wake up and realise that these war crimes have to be admitted to, and reparations paid, their leadership tried as the Nazi's were at Nuremburg, and their military sent back to do 10-15 years hard labour to rebuild the places they have destroyed. If they try to make the kids sign up they should do everything in their power to not sign and if held at gun point(wouldn't be surprised) they should sign [By: John Doe(sinature) for JOHN DOE UNDER DURESS]. Education of the both the legal system and the law system are essential to regaining rights that have been coerced away from us.

How about how many contractors that worked and still work for KBR that lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of the mission there??? I was there for one year, and believe me I earned my money everyday. So, glad you enjoy your 1st amendment rights. I sure hope you went over seas in the service to sit here like an arm chair quarter back and bad mouth these companies.

I've been over here (Iraq) from 2005 to the present day and I've gotten sick one time, and that was from Iraqi-prepared food from the town of Baghdadi (near Al Asad) I had the shits for 24 hours from the lamb kebab. Other than that, I've always seen water listed at non-potable or potatble. Water in Iraq is never safe for drinking unless it is bottled water. It is understood that we shower in water that is unsafe for ingestion. Just FYI

The big problem is this revolving door between high govt and high positions in corporations.

You retire from govt on friday and working for a corporation on monday. Then you quit that come out of retirement and go back into the govt.
