In dragonsreach there is an elven sword and in the companions house there is an elven bow and warhammer but u have to steal them by lockpicking a master lock I got the sword by going through like 30 lockpicks but it's a beast sword

Thane, on the other hand, is a cognate to the Old Norse "þegn" [free man].

@MTGPlayer10 You are looking for the skill called Speech. As that skill goes up you can sell stuff for more. It is just like in Oblivion, but a bit more limited. You haggle with the person to get a good price out of it. They have to make a profit too, ya know!
