@mfisher452 Not blinking was one of Peter Cook's trademarks. I would urge everyone who enjoys the humour of Pete and Dud to get hold of a copy of their film "Bedazzled" (NOT the Liz Hurley remake). Made in the 1960s but the DVD quality is fantastic, and it's one of the funniest things you'll ever see.

I'm wondering how he could do what he did without dying laughing. He was funny to look at, funny to listen to and a real gift to us all. For all you real fans: we all know the speed of light: but what is the speed of darkness? I don't recall an answer to that question but I'd love to hear if Peter thought of an appropriate reply He did come up with the question..I'm sure it was heading somewhere.
