When you turn the knob for the dashlights all the way up, it will click and the lights will set to the brightest setting.

These are electro-luminescent gauges, also called fine vision or optitron depending on the manufacturer. They use LEDs to illuminate the gauge face and have this nice bright glow to them.

The Saturn Vue had a 3.5 V6 that was made by Honda, not a 3.0 V6 like the accord.

Are you referring to the OHV 3.5 or the SOHC 3.5?
