my son... does the same thing he literally climbs I put him to bed in a play yard now closer to the ground just to make myself feel better in case he fell it wasn't as far... so he just literally goes over the top of the rail, head and arms first and kind of 'handstand/wheelbarrow' walks himself out. It's insane. I have other kids, none of them did this, but he climbs virtually everything. He is now just 1 year old. He too started climbing at 9 mths

Why should our gymnasts feel bad that china had under aged competitors. The younger they were the easier it were to beat them. It could be that it's embarrassing to lose to a younger competitor and thats why we Americans bitched about it. we can't handle loosing and thats why we have our own sports, and our own little championships.

Because even if a gymnast is younger they can be at the same level as an older gymnast, and training the same ammount along with the same difficulty (ex. Jordyn Wieber) and score the same...BUT when you are younger you are more daredevil like and can fly higher and twist easier....so it was an advantage for them....

I love Shawn Johnson! She is so amazing. Just looking at her is inspiring. She is so cute here, she has gotten hot, but she is still cute at the same time. It's just remarkable. She is just the perfect child. Some parts of that interview must of been awkward though, and you can tell that whenever he randomly started laughing she would look at someone in the crowd and laugh her cute little laugh but have an expression like, "What is this guy ON!?" But none of this at all is meant in a creepy way.
