I 'm the manager of Boca Juniors in FM 2007, and those are the players that i recommend (now I'm in 2015).

Oscar Ustari, Eduardo Ratinho, Sidnei, Maximiliano Oliva, Gaston Villarreal, Damian Escudero, Jose Luis Silva, Federico Laurito, Eduardo Silva, Maximiliano Raffaele, Mauro Zarate. Basically, with a mid-term team you could buy them; and you'll have more chances if the team is European. Trust me, it's more hareder when you play with a Latin American team.
