Greatest actress alive?! Bloody hell, NO! I thought she was too theatrical in this, it all LOOKED acted....I love most dramas based during this time but this does make me cringe, but everyone on here seems to love it so maybe it's just me. Helen is not a patch on Cate when it comes to playing Elizabeth

Helen played more like on theatre, Cate is more hollywood-like, say what you want. I love the first Cate Blanchett-Elizabeth-movie but "The golden age" was rubbish.
