sigh, i wanted to write an exhaustive comment but discovered i have a limit. i never said that interview will be a proof of their return, it was just supposed to clear some things up. and yes, i've confused the dates so it makes my 2nd argument worthless. i still don't believe they did it just for money though ;) but i don't know why we're even arguing about those things since everything we say are just speculations that won't change anything. System themselves will decide what they're gonna do.

Serj Tankian used in an interview the words"We reunited System for a couple of live shows" and he also said, that there will be another Solo-Album of him in 2012. I think that the Main-Reason for their "reunion" were money problems if you think about the fact that they reunited 2 months after Serj Tankian's second Solo-Album "Imperfect Harmonies" did not get as much attention as it should get.

@regyreg22 have you watched rock in rio almost 2 weeks ago? i recommend watching an interview with John after the show, it will clear some things up for you :) and their reunion was forecasted already in 2010 so i don't think the reason for it was as shallow as you presented.

I know, that they announced it in 2010, it was in october or november i think and the album of serj tankian was released in august or july (maybe june i dont remember) 2010 and after they saw that it brings not enough money they decided to make the tour. thats what i think.
