We currently shop at the Navy Commissary (NO TAX) and our bill usually comes to around $536.00 and with specials, rebates and coupons plus a little comparison shopping (Dove body wash $6.95 vs Equate body wash $2.39, buy 1 get 1 free) our bill usually averages around a little/under $100.00. I did get your email, and it does sound like it will work actually. In this video you referred to it as "creative shopping" and I think that's a pretty accurate description.

I'm living paycheck to paycheck and the system doesn't really work for me because of my present situation, but it seems like it would work for most people.

I have been living off a fixed income for over 20 years because of my disbality, that is probably why I am so good at thinking up ways of saving money,

But you have to spend money any how, WHY NOT JUST save while you spend - thats what this method is really --- I went to the grocery today spent $60.00 and will get rebated about $23.00 -- Just filled up my tank and after the rebate I will have paid ONLY .07 per gallon ( gas is $3.49 today )
