Top of the reef is about 50ft. and the ledge drops down to 65ft. sometimes to 80ft. Lots of ukus and mu out there. I always shot 3-4 nenues to use for palu out there. Keep following the ledge till you're almost even with the middle of the parking lot. You should run into a big cut in the reef. I always found them out there and sometimes the purple lobsters would be packed inside the cave.
There are actually 3 different ulua houses there. The one where you got the first omilu. The next one is along the ledge towards the channel at the end of the breakwall. If you follow the sand channel heading out you'll see it marked by a big boulder on top of the reef ledge near the drop to the sand. Its about 25-30 ft down. If you keep following the ledge out it eventually ends and then turns right and runs parallel to the breakwall.
Nice vid. I dived out ahukini. I heard of a ulua cave but couldn't find it. Looks like it's in shallow waters. I need more dive partners message me shoots. dive safe
@Ho1Dolla You guys call ockie's tako? I love it. And you bite the bloody eye??? Straight off or just have a chomp? And this kills it? Mate, in all the years down under I've never seen this.

@Ho1Dolla Well I'm gonna have to try that next time. Not sure what a popped ockie eye ball tastes like but if that's what they're doin' in Hawaii then I'm bloody well gonna try it.
