Just do your routine bloodwork to check your Potassium levels. Only time you must stop taking it is when you get pregnant and while nursing. Because spiro blocks testosterone so it can cause afemination of the male fetus.

Hi, Ive watched most of your videos just want to say your skin's looking great! I'm on my second month of accutane and mine's so much better too. If my acne ever comes back though I'll be asking my derm about spironolactone. I hope it keeps getting better for you!
I also take spironolactone! Been on it for two weeks and its getting alot better! Also taking minocin and retina -a . Spiro is awesome. Your skin looks great!! Your almost there girl!!
That is awesome that in 2 weeks you are seeing results!! I remember when I started with the spiro. I actually broke out and I was freaking out, lol. I bet ur skin will be flawless within a few short months :)

Microwave it for about 7 seconds and apply to your face leaving it on for like 10 minutes.
You may think your results are good now, but I promise you this works amazing! :)
My face felt and looked better the next morning.
