It would sound pretty much exactly like a v8 until you revved it up. There are a few v6 camaros with cams on here and they sound nice until they really lay into it, then you can tell its a v6.

I also have a car like this, I commute 170 miles every day, I love my power and I care about my MPG. (29-34mpg highway on average) There are lots of mods that provide more power and better MPG.

Some people want to have their cake and eat it too and in my 08 GT I can, any mod that does double duty or doesn't kill the mpg while bumping HP is high on my list.

Wow, you're smart. A bolton 6.0 goat vs. a bolton s197 = drivers race. It just so happens i won both times i was against a goat. One of the goats i raced was a good friend of mine, same mods as you(except SLP not magnaflow), and i won by 1/2 a car. My SCT dynotune got me 7hp and 9ft/lbs because i switched from 87 to 93 octane. I plan on continuing to modify my car, so me buying a tuner now is called planning ahead. Your car doesn't HAVE to be longtubed, but you did it anyway, right?

pulled 306rwhp331ft/lbs. I'm not trying to be a dick, I like GTOs, but I'm a GT owner so I like yanking people's chains. bought my '05 used(for a great price), saving for a Kenne Bell. You probably would beat me because my buddy shifts like my grandma. I sometimes base my opinions too much on personal experiences, but I forget that people can't drive for shit in my area(too many inexperienced rich people with money to spend on fast cars).
