It may be different in your school, and I don't want to say you can't or shouldn't do anything but If I were you and I were to wear eyeshadow I would stick with a light wash of a shimmery skin toned color

@Blockygraphics The thing that's so upsetting is that in my 15 years I've probably accomplished more than you have in your entire life. At 15 I already have a 20,000 scholarship to go to college, so obviously makeup isn't my only past time. A scholarship for 3 weeks at an educational camp, cost 3,000. A full scholarship to attend about any college in the U.S. for 3 weeks next year in summer. Sorry to disappoint you by saying that even if I'm 15, I think I can roll "with the big boys" on Youtube.

I know you love the MUFE Matte foundation. Have you tried the Revlon Colorstay Mineral Mousse foundation? It comes in a black tube. If you like matte foundations, I think you would love it. Great coverage and has a nice matte finish. Good drugstore alternative.
