no, krlly were killed off by the lightmass bomb. andd nerserker, well they need them to mate, so im not sure.

GOW 2 mostly is set in places where the are.nt as usefull because they were to hard to handle

(example: they would destroy the nexus and such)

The kryll aren't going to be in number 3, but it's rumored that they'll be in a special multiplayer mode. Berserker's on the other hand, will definatly be in the next game, both regular, and lambent.
