Is it me or does the Super Sonic in the picture look more detailed than the Genesis version? Could be just because it's the PC version.

@InsanimationStudios The game was an exact port of Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles visually, the only difference is the soundtrack and the absence of Sonic 2's lock on mode (because Sonic 2 itself wasn't included).

@JASpiring I figured out why it seemed that way. It's either because it's a JPG screenshot or it's because of YouTube's crappy compression quality.
