  • I'm 11 and I've been in gymnastics for 9 years and you aren't doing any of that right!

  • ur knees are bent in majority of tricks and u are not holding ur handstands ur spit is not that great and ur toes are not pointed next video and im not being mean this is simply constroctive critsium

  • i'm 14 and just starting gymnastics again after a break, this is inspiring. :$ You've still got it even though this video is from 09 lol!

  • Auto-mute

  • Better than i can do ur great!

  • i like these moves lol lmao

  • i think that you just need a little more momentum and speed in your moves, and then they will flow a lot better into the landing. but you look good!

  • STRAIGHTEN OUT YOUR LEGS!!!!!!!

  • So...i just wana say a big THANK YOU to you for helping me learn these! i really wanted to learn front and back walkovers and i had no idea what i was doing but this helped a lot! check out my video, "Im Mega Good" and check out the walkovers! you helped me get to that so thanks! :)

  • how do you even do a backwalkover??

  • Try to come up more gracefully on front walkovers. It helps if u stretch ur splits before. Stretch them EVERY DAY

  • pull up faster alot faster like your throwing a beach ball

  • @cheerchikk100 Get over yourself! Stop thinking you're so so cool, she asked for your HELP! not your critizism! and i think she's doing it just fine and she just needs to practice. so gtfo and stop being ignorant.

  • i no 3 year olds that can do it better than u

  • while u do the balkwalkover keep ur legs straight cuz it looks prettier and same for front walkover well for walkovers keem em as straight as possible except for 1 foot but for balkwalkover defienatly keep them straight it looks prettier trust me!!!

  • honestly your doing great :D I would just say to strecth your back and hips more to get more flexibility in your back and front walk overs! good job!

  • I like your back walkovers <3

  • If you square your hips while doing splits you'll go further down. To point your toes more in your walkovers. A good way to practice this is to put your leg up on a table/counter and, while keeping your toes pointed, bend and grab your foot. Hopefully I helped =)

  • Go to the wall hold it there for 1 hour it will straigten ur legs, I am 12 been in gymnastics for 8 years first off lift one foot when u go down and also for practice try an elbow backwqlkover really easy.

  • Omg yuh did cartwheels so many times xD but yuh are absolutely great [:

  • @mary0kerrigan wow how rude. Everyone starts at their own time. Now her fault parents are forcing their kids into gymnastics. I'd like to see a video of your double back flips and front aerials.

  • You have such great balance! =) Keep up the good work!

  • U are stupid jk u great

  • You are a wonderful

    ...Continue

  • This is awesome to see this! I'm 20 and i have to relearn a lot of gymnastics to get into circus school...I used to do it as well when I was younger but I took a long break(about 9 years) to focus more on dance. Good luck!!

  • your really good i cant even do that!

  • Coolness

  • @TheAaliyahDaniels

Put your feet next to a wall

    Gentlerly lift them up

    Kick over

    Then repeat

Hopefully afterwards u should b able 2 do it

  • if you want to get your legs straight, really point your toes! u will be surprised with how much it helps! and u should probably do things without shoes on! and try land you cartwheel and things in a lunge! you will be more steady and it looks nicer than landing with your legs together i think :)

  • u are really

  • Hi im a beginner at gymnastics and im 13 and i was wondering how do you do a cartwheel cause when ever i do my cart wheel my legs arnt straight any advice?!? Please and Thank you

  • @cutekitten12327 justg keep everything tight and just focas on keeping your arms and legs straight :)

  • @cutekitten12327 same thing keeps happinging to me :/ practice getting your handstand first then try doing a split once your in a handstand. or if your impaticent try to run and do a cartwheel.

  • @Gymnasticsguurl thank you so much i appreciate it :) and ill try

  • @cutekitten12327 no problem (:

  • wher's the help?????

  • whats this song called in the background???

  • Ur putting to much pressure on ur front leg in ur back walk over!

  • this is a good step to learn the backflip

  • since your so advaced on the front and back walkovers, you should try tik toc. its when you do the front walkover and then the back walkover immediately after. gr8 job!

  • thats really good

  • keep your arms stuck to you ears (( you know what i mean should help and you kno what they say practise makes perfect :D

  • Keep your legs straight and toes pointed :)

  • would of your nerve that you will fall flat on your back o.O

  • @ The Aaliyahdaniels practice doinq a backbend ndd holdinq one leq up for 10 secs for each leq nd throw ur leqs back but keep them straight

  • I just cant kick over when doiing a backbend ...I'll try for hours and still cant do it....CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY TIPS??

  • @TheAaliyahdaniels You have to push your armpits forwards and put your legs close to your arms in a backbend. If your arms and legs are far apart in a backbend and you try to kick over, you will fall. So just try that and you will be able to kick over (:

  • wow your good<3

  • Its not as bad as you think.. if u stop bending your leg it will be perfect!!!

  • i've always wanted to learn my back walkover but mom wouldn;t take me to classes she said it was to expensive but does anyone know how to learn a back walkover at home???

  • @jenioli1 I actually taught myself the back walkover at home. Some people confuse a back bend kick over with a back walkover, but if you are indeed speaking of the walkover, here's what I did. First, have a solid backbend kickover. Work on keeping your legs together on your back bend, it'll make the backwalkover less scary later. Then, work on a back bend kickover with your dominant leg a tad in front of the other (okay to be bent at first). Keep progressing until the leg isnt touching floor. :)

  • @SMELLYOGER4426 if you read the description she meant she needed help on those not rips for you

  • THATS NOT HELP SMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You need to straiteen your lega a bit. But nice!! :)

  • nice ^_^ keep it up

  • everything seems really good just try and striaghten your legs and on your front walkovers make sure you keep your head back and your arms right by your ears the whole time :)

  • Uh... thanks for trying to say "just do it." But, that was mean.... :l

  • What's the song called?that's she is using?

  • @PancakeHazeli 009 sound system - Dreamscape

  • anyone want to give me tips n teaching my self a back walkover?!?!

  • on the switch leap, the main thing is height, use your front leg to kick up to help with height

  • Can Someone Please Help!? I Have Looked Thru Hundreds Of Front And BackWalkover Videos And U Still Cant Do Them After Months Of Trying! Any Comments????? :(

  • @ChloeeGamer One thing to work on is your handstands. In front/back walkover you always want good OPEN shoulders and STRAIGHT arms. Try doing some kick overs using a wall. Use the wall to kick off of when doing a back walkover, and use it to land on in a front walkover. Remember, you are either taking off from one leg or landing on one leg, so you need to keep your legs as straight as possible. Also, remember to ALWAYS lift your upper body, shrugging your shoulders and lifting your rib cage :)

  • Try to lift you leg to about 90 degrees as your about to backwalkover & take off your shoes it will be easier :)

  • She has a lekkere kont

  • well done your great! especially for not doing it for that long (8years) im sure if i dont that i'd loose all my flexibility and stuff , but you still amazing! xxxxx

  • Need speed :)

  • Holy crap shes good at handstands

  • try not doing it in sneakers- helps, less weight to lift

  • cool video...off to a good start...im 12 and I'm just beginning

  • do back walkovers with more speed;usee your arms and swing them to go into a balk walkover. but very good

  • Check out "Fit For a Feast"! (:

  • Hey people that r sayin " u didn't help me", she was saying to help HER.

  • my tumbling coach told me in a back walkover to keep your legs stright the whole way through and it gets you over a little easier. well its easier for me but im in cheerleading on the jounier level so i dont know how much this would help.

  • Thats not bad. Push off your legs and keep your toes pointed while alos trying to get your legs as straight as possible. Dont hesitate and just go for it so that you have momentum

  • im sorry, im not impressed. because of 1 cheerleading team here at the phils. the feu cheering squad. all of them knows how to do split. left right and center.

their back and front walk overs are better than yours. bo offense hope you dont mind. watch them. feu cheering squad 2009 and 2010.

  • good! (:

just try to keep your legs pointed

and straight as you can while doing the kickover.

  • ive done gymnastics for 9 yrs (since i was 3) i am now 12 THANK YOU SAAOOOOO MUCH for the help it helped alot thxz ;) ps ur really good:))

  • when level did you quit at ?

  • how old are you

  • how is that help, lol no offence

  • When you do the splits, keep your toes pointed so they look pretty and when you do your backwalkover make sure you kinda find that split in the air so it also looks more professional and pretty.

  • HOLY CRAP U GOOD!

  • u wernt even in the proper splits

  • keep your hands by your ears in the walkovers ;)

  • good job, dont forget to point your toes though!

  • I luuuurrrrrvvvvveeeeeeee your back walkover your form is loverly with the bend in your legs, you r like the only one who does it proper<3

  • Comment removed

  • ha i love that you use cheats sometimes while doing the back walkover

  • very great moves it amazing, good work beautifull!!

  • very great moves it amazing, good work beautifull!!

  • really good!! (: im 15 and i dont do gymnastics but i taught myself a cartwheel, roundoff, front walkover, front limber, front handspring, and i got my back kickover a few times but i cant do it everytime. also a handstand, a handstand split, a back bend, both right and left splits, a straddle, heel stretch, scorpion, bow and arrow ect.. but your so good!! good job!

  • @xonikkikristenox show off -_-

  • good job! :) try coming up with your arms up from your front handspring! it helped me with mine! :)

  • She has just enough room to do her back walkovers baha :)

  • good job girl! (:

  • point ur toes it will help to keep ur legs straight:)

  • mhm...have you tried keeping you legs straight? Its muchh easierr!

  • is it more easy when you got the one leg up? because i think it scary when i try =/

  • nice..xD <3

  • your REALLY good for 21!!!!!!

  • I liked you round off back walk over.

  • luv dis song!!whch 1 is it?? wer did u get it??

  • straighter legs on bckwalk over, also keep your arms up when u come out of your flipz....your arms are down on the way up. ALWAYS keep your arms by your ears :) purty good though!

  • they look really great for being out for 8 years! try to stretch out ur legs everyday 2x a day for a bout 2 weeks and it will start getting easier to keep ur legs straight! also try to keep ur arms right by ur head i had used to have the same problem my shoulders weren't flexible enough and so when i stood up my arms came around sideways like and not by my ears! the best way too rly stretch ur legs is by doing splits the split where you have one leg in front and one in the back not a stradle

  • You are really good

  • I have always wanted to learn this stuff, and you are amazing! But could you post a step by step video for begginers? It would be awesome if I learned how to do that stuff.

  • @urokmyamazinsox hey! im a level eight gymnast and I'd be happy to make a vid of me or my level 6 sister to help you out :)

  • wow. shall i say more?

  • try a front hand spring i think u could do it

  • ok i started to watch but i hate this music, i could not stand it sorry

  • nice job i cant do any of this stuff :)

  • for your walkovers, try to fling your first leg over. it will help with speed, and i would practice this over a mat. cartwheels you should end how you began, with your legs open slightly bent.

  • oh tht was reel help just watching haer do it (sarcasim) how old is she anyway

  • you are better than me

  • Hey, im trying to teach myself gymnastics at home, and I have no equipment or anything, do you have any tips on what I should work on if i have my handstand, a backbend, cartwheel, but I dont know what to do next. Should I try the front walkover? Thanks

  • ur not bad! keep ur legs straight, and try to do as much of a split as possible in ur walkovers and running splits. big straddles on ur cartwheels. keep stretching, maybe evrytime a commercial comes on, and ull have ur splits down, too! luck!

  • can sumbody help me with my back walkover?...i cant get my legs up when im going down...im afraid i will fall down on my neck...i cant do it on the mattress bcoz its too small..and right im practising front walkover on the grass

  • @notsodevil It's just a fear, if your muscles are strong enough to support you (meaning you can do a back walkover already, it just might not be perfect) then you'll be fine. Also, your feet don't leave the ground before your hands touch, just as soon as they touch. Fear is what holds everyone back, and unfortunately it's hard to get over =(

  • @CocoFemmeFatale yup...i have so much fear on landing on my neck..its good to have a helper...but everyone is busy

  • wow your really good.! im an intermedate and i cant do my back walkover.

  • That's great I'm 9 and I'm getting made fun of because I can't do a back walkover

  • Man you are so good I'm horrible at it! I can go into a perfect backbend but no way can I kick over

  • ur really good, im moslty like you only im not 21 im 14. but i didnt go gymnastics for 3 years and im getting back into it. ur probaly shorter than me, (everyone pratically is :\ ) but ya u did really good :)

  • I don't like this song! Its kinda scary.

  • it would help with no shoes

  • Woah ur awesome! I can't really do any of that lol I only did gymnastics once for a summer. Btw what's name of the song in ur video?

  • are you a dude?

  • you need to finish it solid. by that i mean hands and your dody move up together instead of having body go up first, and hands after. and keep your hands closer to your ears. and honestly, i learned the front walkover this wat: you do a handstand and than your legs open wide and land.

  • arms by your ears :). Push your shoulders back for your back walkovers and hips out for front walkovers.

  • front walkover: keep your eyes looking at your hands and your arms by your ears (straight the whole time). same thing with the back walkover.

  • take gymnastic class.work and enjoy the result. stay strong

  • sorta slow

  • yew push yurr hips out of yurr backwalkover..

  • wtf i cant even do a backbend.... someone help me! :(

  • in forward walkover..you need to staighten your legs and backward too..also for forward..try landing straighter and with 1 leg up....

EXPERIENCE=10 years of gym since I was 3..hope that's useful to you..(:

  • your switch leap is bad. kthanks.

  • Your really good I can do forward walkovers, backwalkovers, handspring, splits both ways, hand stand basic tricks like bend bak and all that chest balance and elbow balance

  • WTF ? :DDDDD OMG !

  • straiten your legs on you back walkovers

  • dont get discouraged. my mom is 36 and she use to be an elite gymnast. She can still do her handprings, walkovers, flips, and everything else!

  • you are good for a 21 year old awesome

  • uhm something that i would fix is to make my legs alot straighter when i flip and you should also kind of practice going alittle faster, but good job BTW;

  • in your front walkover land with one leg and you other sticking out straight like before you were going to do a back walkover, land like that.

and in your back walkover land in an arabesque.

  • point ur toes, work out ur back and straighten ur legs other than that u r good ** amazing**

  • Your soo ggood at gymnastics! Can you please help me to learn the front walkover? I realy appreciate it :)

    thanks, bye

    Sarah x

  • haha i love your handstand when you step into it from the side soz forgot wat it is called 0:33

  • your not bad! on your front walkover try keeping your arms up the whole time, by your ears. on both front and back flex your legs and point through your toes, it straightens your legs ;)

  • back walkover- try to makee a picture with your fingerss whilee going bakk, arch your bakk and once your hands hit the floor kick your legs over real hard but keep them straight :) hanstand- start standing and then step into a big lunge and then kick your legs up, but dont arch your bakk. keep iit nicee and straight. front walkover, step into a lunge and then kick your legs up but keep them apart then once they hit the floor pull up kick and stand in a pretty positon :)

  • keep your legs together with your back walkover also i agree with TheOriginalKali point your toes

  • keep at it and enjoy it (:

  • work out your back

  • u r fabulous

  • straighten up your front walkover .

  • point your toes, it straightens your legs

  • great job but straighten your legs and point your feet and you'll be good

  • Try keeping your legs straight when your doing your walkovers, and POINT YOUR TOES (:

when you point your toes, it just looks more clean and pretty.

Your good, keep it up (:

  • i have a little tip, do a roundoff back walkover!!!when you do it, dont u feel a little light headed n dizzy? thats what happened to me!!oh, and you r SOOO better than me in those n i'm younger!!

  • u r really good

just work on ur splits and u would even better!

  • When you land from a front walkover your legs are too far. You should try and keep them closer to each other.

Otherwise you're really good. Keep twisting~!

  • try and keep yourr legs straight butt other than that your amazinnn xxx

  • very good :] i am 18 and i'm going to take an adult gymnastics class next summer (i will be 19 by then) i have never done gymnastics before but i was in dance for 14 years. never got my splits for some reason though. i am working on them now and i was told that you get a better stretch if you keep both legs straight and i think it works cause my splits have already gotten better

  • Well good luck! I'm no longer doing it anymore because I've been travelling overseas for half the year. You will really love gymnastics. It will probably be hard for the first little while, but you will start to see real improvements!

  • cool! watch mt video of my backwalkover full please :)

  • dangg how yu stay up so long on your handstand

  • the second split wasnt all that good but other then that good job

  • she's obviously right footed (and probably right handed too)

I can't do the splits with my right foot first because I'm both left footed AND left handed. =]

  • Thanks PollyPwocket :)

You are correct. Clearly I my right foot is dominant in gymnastics. Funnily enough though, I kick left footed in soccer/football

  • @PollyPwocket i can do the splits on my left leg to but i'm not left handed. send me a friends request

  • Okay your not all crap! And take that from a gymnast!!!!!!!

  • good job!! keep your leg straight! i love doing these!! and i am awsome at it!!

  • im jealous :o
