What engines are they using in the GALOPING GOOSES now ? ARE they still the original PIERCE-ARROW EIGHTS ? Great video

As far as I know it is still running on the Pierce Engine but I can not say that is a fact either. You might try contacting the staff at the Colorado Railroad Museum as they would know what engine is in each of them.
