@femaleblacks: You have to start the game client and next to the login is also a register button.

The 2011 server is reaaaaaaaaaaally small. I wouldn't bother playing on it.

If u dont find the way to gym 1, just head straight downwards from the village with the river&bridge, even if the road ends, keep moving down and follow the road on once it returns.

@Flevalt I don't see why not. Pokenet was shut last April, but PWO only last month. It's only a matter of time before they come for the rest, really. Pokenet didn't even whore for "premium" items like PWO. It took in no money at all, so if you're using Nintendo's assets (images/sounds/characters etc) or the "Pokemon" name, expect them to come a-knockin'

@TheBilly: "I don't see why not" either. But on the other hand, pokemon cyrus is online for over 5 years now if I remember correctly. It's the living proof against the logical thought, as pco has undeniably not been shut down yet as you can see for yourself.

I just start this game and im so lost on it. Is there a map on the game or after my game want load it stays black and were is the 1st gym.. Can someone please help me??

@Xenwing: There is no map in-game but you will find one in the forums. I'll send you a message with the link.

About the problem with your game screen staying black, ask on the forum in the Help Section.

The 1st Gym is all the way down south. From the 2nd village(the one with the river+bridge) you go straight down even when the road stops, keep going down south. At some point it wont go down any further and the road starts turning left. At this point, go left and you are soon there.

@Xenwing Thanks big time for the map and for the infomation too. This game is cool, i was talking to someone last night in chat & I asked if there was a pokedex & he said no. The game was made to see who can become the best at getting all the badges. But for me, I have all the pokemon games that are out all so far but about 3 or 4 of them. My goal in the game is to catch all the pokemon.. Thanks again

@100warrior1: Now that's a hard question to answer. It depends on how much time "long" is for you I guess. I don't think the server is down for long times often. The last time I get to login into the game again after it going down would be half a hour or up to a hour after it went off. Except if it's a server update or maintenance, but those are usually announced in the forum.

@devilarm: Not sure which problem u mean exactly. When it won't connect to the server it usually means the server is just currently down.

@Enne777: I actually dunno, they switched the rates often. But from what I see each day I would say....the rate is better. It used to be a bit better in the old days I think but it's now still very high. I mean, I played now for half a week and find a shiny, must be higher. And I bet at the very least with few luck one will find a shiny after a few weeks. Only if you are very unlucky and don't play the game much, then it will take longer.

@TheDeadGunslinger: Yeah, a lot of updates were taken out over the time. They always keep trying new updates out and remove them then for other updates. The pokemon following were taken out because they were causing too much lag.

@destinydownloads: It's because the base stats are missing. Instead there is a TP system. Open your pokemons profil and you will see how much tp it currently has. Then click on the buttons below like atk, def, sp.def, hp etc. to increase your pokemons stats

@destinydownloads: Some pokemon use atk and some use sp.atk. Def reduces taken damage from atk pokemons moves. sp.def reduces damage from pokemon that use sp.atk.

@DanielST01: The game is nicely balanced now kazu. Dragon Rage, Night shade etc. are strongly tweaked, auto tp system is still in with 3tp ea level but many new moves are working now and a lot of pokes to choose from in comparison to old pco.

For me it's worth palying again at least
