You're being extremely ignorant now. The maximum distance any flight archer has ever reached, was 850m. This was with a heavy flight bow, and a very light flight arrow. English warbows of equal poundage shoot 300m with war arrows.

Yes, composite bows are more powerful. But they also require the skill of an expert craftsman to create and 12-18 months of seasoning, for the best results.
