they sold it to a guy named david summerbell jr. for around 80k. just look him up and im sure you will see some vids of him driving it. ams is working on an evo x as their next TA evo. i know ams is quicker in the 1/4 but i give more respect to buschur and their full weight street car going 9.0.
im going to go out on a limb here and say that, anyone thinking they have game over ams in the usa evo world is hating and delusional... knowone in the usa has come close to figuring out how to put the evo's power-potential to the ground like they have. a unclean run at 8.4? damn! other evos with same power are all in the high 8's to low 9's. some are MID-HIGH 9's!!!
not to mention they have been on the same block in their quick-spooling 550-700awhp TA car for THREE seasons now......
they also us an air to water intercooler on their drag evo and they sold that TA evo awhile ago. no doubt AMS is bad ass but buschur is right there with them.
funny, i thought after the success of TA2 last year and the reworking of it for this year, they would still have it???? what TA evo did they sell??? buschur has ran a 8.88? or have they bested that yet?? and 172 vs. 171 is laughable considering the ET gap.
Damn 1 18 month's at proven performance and a 1 year at AMS wow. Something happened to me the same way, I know how you feel sharkbite finally get what you paid for,and the service's for evo's and sti's some shops are really slow or they don't care.
MPH looks like they know what their doing when it comes to building rollcages the only part of the rollcage that I really noticed was the parts behind the seats.
