Why are the presenters on this show so condecending to football? How can the younger bloke not know the name of 'melbourne victory'? Compare this to the nrl footy show when harry is on. There is at least respect there that football is the bigger game worldwide. I like AFL, but many involved in the game seem to have inferiority complex towards other sports. They seem to think because they have the biggest game in Australia that they have the best game in the world!

@mitzyismad The younger bloke James Brayshaw has all the personality of a wet lettuce so I wouldn't worry too much. Normally I'd agree with you re. the AFL Footy Show bagging soccer when it takes their fancy but I think this time they were pretty respectful (Sam's porky-pies re. Mark Schwarzer growing up playing AFL aside - Schwarzy's from Sydney so he didn't). Keep in mind that in 20 years' time the Footy Show hosts will have grown up with the A-League etc, so it's OK in the end!
