  • this dude says "like" a thousand times!

i use like the orange amps 'cuse like i like it, like is rock n' roll

  • BEARDCORE

  • Indymogul! :p

  • Four year strong live rig:

Gibson Les Paul direct into Beard, beard into Orange Rockerverb 50

  • their rigs change sooo much.

  • I TOUCHED THAT BEARD.

  • @bbypl0xin REALLY! what was it like!?

  • @SuperKnapkin IT WAS SEXY

  • hahaha. too bad he uses a Marshall JCM 800 when they play live. thats what he used the past three times i saw them within the past two years. haha :P Alan Day, the other guitarist uses an orange life, but if im correct, he uses it as either a slave or for one individual channel, because he has a soldano right on top of it in the road case, and the orange led(od 1) was lit for most of the set.

  • i like counted like 9-10 "likes"

  • that seems to be his trademark xD

  • Word of the day..... LIKE!

  • like, i know, like, right?

  • i want his beard.

  • Saw them live, touched dan's guitar and caught one of his picks (:

  • what picks does he play with?

  • idk but "like" def. seems to be his trademark lol but i use Dunlop picks btw

  • let's count how many times he uses the word "like"

  • i went to that show

  • "Heavier tone"

Really? His band sounds FAR from heavy.

  • He is a manchild with a beard, and doesnt know what good tone is,

  • just because they don't scream their lungs out doesn't mean they're not "heavy".

  • You don't have to but still they just don't know the meaning of the word and neither do you it seems

  • please tell me then, because you seem to be the expert.

  • Something that doesn't sound like it would be played on the radio followed by Lady Gaga or something else that insults one's intelligence.

But to elaborate, a sound that has a certain thickness to it and bass. I would call Leslie West heavy, Tony Iommi of course, and Stephen Carpenter. These guys have a real heavy tone and so do those like Meshuggah obviously.

  • Sure, four year strong isn't the heaviest, but to say they'd be played after lady gaga? If you listen to their music, or go to their shows, they do have a lot of intensity. I don't think Dan was trying to say that they're brutally hardcore.

  • I meant pop in general and that was the first thing that came to mind. Even though I don't like them I would never insult them as much as her..

If he was talking about the amp alone then yes I completely and whole heartily agree. I have a Dual Terror and that thing can be as brutal as all hell

  • yeah man, he was saying the tone is heavier. Orange amps are amazing.

  • No disagreements there

  • this band seems to suck :'/

  • haha if your really think that your a fuckin idiot man!

  • i told it seemed to suck . Not that it sucks , actually , i dunno but what i've heard from them has not convinced me ... any songs to recommend me ?

  • "Beatdown in the key of happy"

  • lool ^^ well , a mixof happy prepubescent punk and HxC ... with the goregrind beard ^^

this reminds me i broke my razor and begin to look like some kind of homeless xD

  • great band. great guitar parts. check them out

  • I love their sound so much.

  • the gain half way up on a rockerverb 50 is barely any dirtier than a clean sound. Somehow that doesnt make sense.

  • Go listen to Jim Root's tone, he used a Rockerverb 100watt and he plays hard rock and metal

  • I own a Rockerverb and play in a metal band, I know what they can do.

  • agreed, 12 oclock sounds like vintage as fuck, not FYS

  • these amps are so versitile. i can't wait to get mine.
