I liked Night Fight too, but I am sure that this video originally appeared on Liquid Television.  You can even see a split second of the Liquid Television transition colors at the start.

Are you sure it's from Night Flight? The lips with the transparent colors was from the MTV show Liquid Television. I used to watch both shows (Night Flight and Liquid Television), easy to confuse the content of one for the other

One interesting kicker is that this was animated by the guy who went on to do "Time Squad" for Cartoon Network. Not that it matters but I like pointint it out.
