  • @esandave This is during "Illuminated Boat Festival" or called "OakPhaSa" held annually normally in October the Full moon in October. It lasts for a week and the boat races cover 3 days. I went to the Rocket festival in Yosothan, May 2009. My hotel was 70K N.W. of Yosothan. I have a video of the bigger rockets. Never posted all the little ones or the big parade.
