We have to believe the law enforcement people are correct in deciding the teacher can't successfully be criminally charged. Bottom line, though, the teacher should be responsible for the safety of his students & he clearly acted in a way that he KNEW endangered the kid. I think the school should discharge him if it can. Possibly the 18-year-old's i.q. is subnormal & the teacher, for whatever reason, took advantage of that & of the kid's trust. Teacher's not safe with students.

wtf its not the teacher's fault its the student because HE HOOKED HIMSELF UP!! sure the teacher allowed the students to use electrical equipment and (of course) gave specific instructions as to how the electrical equipment is to be used if he is an expert with such tools.
