LOL at the guy @ :09 disturbing the air before it gets to the car. A wing and rear down force will make a bigger rear wake. Down force also increases the cD. Thats why F1 cars that look aerodynamic are actually less aerodynamic than a pick-up truck. Its all those angles and surface area that help to make down force.
