You could weld the inside about 1/2" or so from the ends.

That is a great product. Certainly better than buying pre-formed 'universal' framerails and trying to slice and dice them so they fit custom applications.

Wish my welds were as nice as yours! Keep making these videos, I cannot get enough of them.
