The train, track & layout seem almost identical to the Kiddie Park, San Antonio Little Dipper." I'll venture a guess that these two rides share the same designer/manufacturer. I wasn't aware until now that there were anymore of the style of the Little Dipper in existence. Cool. This one actually seems to occupy a slightly larger land area than San Antonio's coaster.

You'd be surprised at the amount of kiddie coasters that don't have them. They're so small and usually have one train. It's not much to worry about, so they never really add the rollback dog to the train bottoms.
