Thank you so much Arlene and Robert. I've watched 3 of the 6 videos and wish it wasn't so late or I'd continue watching the remaining three. The information you provide is so helpful to understand the many differences between deaf, hearing, and hard of hearing, as well as understanding how assistive devices actually work. You explained everything so well I hope other hearing people will take some time to watch these interviews. Great presentations and so very informative. Thank you so much.
