They are not. "Inaba" is just what Kaguya calls all rabbits (or at least those two. Not sure)

I like to think that Reisen is some sort of personification of the way people see touhou almost impossible to play but cute to see (Some people even have in mind that who plays touhou is lunatic, well maybe Reisen is ZUN's answer to that)

Ya know, the lyrics to "Tewi EienTei" for that part actually come from the Japanese game "Kagome, Kagome".

I know. But this song is not exactly the one used in the game and Tewi Eientei is not an arrange of the the game's song... directly at least.

@raak1010 So, when you started posting the lyrics, in this arrange the "Itsu Itsu Deyaru" part is skipped entirely and instead it goes from "Kagome Kagome, kago no naka no tori wa" straight into "Ushiro no shoumen da~re?" Just thought you ought to know.

No. Citing the Wiki: "Reisen is one of the legendary lunar rabbits; she fled from the Moon to Earth as a refugee from the "Lunar War" between the two worlds that began in 1969 A.D."

That's around 84 years after the creation of today's Gensokyo, which means the creation of the Hakurei Barrier. Reisen didn't escaped until the war already started. The War for the Moon's Surface (Yukari's war) predates the barrier by over 1000 years. Q.E.D

Not sure if it's been said already, but the original story of Kaguya-hime is called The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter (Taketori Monogatari). Thus the title of her theme, "Flight of the Bamboo Cutter."

Odd that the bamboo cutter has no part in Imperishable Night. Maybe it's Rinnousuke?

VISIONNERZ tend to do extremely exaggerated facial expression, which, imo, range from grotesque to downright scary. The Touhou characters are all cute lolis that just happen to also be mythological creatures that are normally considered fearsome, hideous, and every word down that path. That's why I said VISIONNERZ draw the characters like they should be
