Did you guys know GM Island is full of traps? example: a noob who enters GM Island finds something awesome. moves to it. falls in a room with high walls.

Blizzard did this so admins can go there and bust the people.

Dude I got trapped in there bt I got trapped in a mountain w/ other players.a GM came in and told us that we were hacking and we all were like WTF MAN! I am the only one that got out of the cage and explored GM island and......OH CRAP I AM IN IT AGAIN!! If you ever get trapped in it, duel somebody and lose but don't heal. most likly you will see like you get trapped like the 1st time but you will die. Go to the spirit healer and heal then explore but don't let the GM catch you or you are banned!

Only reason its there is so that GM's can log in/Log out without being seen by players. serves as a "Hang out" for GM's.... only reason player go there is so they can get banned and QQ on the forums...possibly even look "Cool"

There was only ever one. The one everyone calls old GM Island is an ingame island, and there is a quest that takes you there. You get a swimming buff to achieve the quest.

GM island can still be gotten to, if you run a modified MPQ file. It is still not instanced to this day, but there is no terrain surrounding it to navigate in the regular MPQ file.

2) They are blizzard employees, who are hired to monitor players in game, and to assist players.
