  • 4:50 any one wearing that would have a strong sensation that they feel like a dumb ass.

  • Whoa, whoa, whoa! You are doing chiropractic care on a child!? I can understand adults, seeing as they are GROWN into their bodies, but children!? BULLSH!T!!!!!!

  • Down Syndrome? Down Syndrome is caused by a defect in the seperation of chromosomes, not the spine.

  • 5:55 "haler-lu-yur"!

  • 9:01 *crack*

    Me: O________O

  • Lol her watch would be attracted if the magnets were real but the woman does see that.

  • It makes me so sad watching gullible people get robbed.

  • youtube itself is mental masturbation

  • @zee339 and can also work for actual mastu...... nevermind....:)

  • he even fooled chuck norris

  • magnomits fucking classic

  • mental masturbation... Ahahahahahahaha!!!

  • I feel bad for that poor woman they made a fool of....not that I'm defending the magnet cure, but couldn't they have found a douchebag?

  • @EmilyDNelson probably didnt think of it. but honestly it's better this way. shows how even nice people are duped by bullshit.

  • @EmilyDNelson plus i am sure they said what happen and tried to help her otherwise

  • porn cures my ADD and low blood flow, it's a fucking miracle.

  • @MacabreManifesto It also solves my flaccid problem.

  • @rdoetjes DAH!

  • HAHA she's found that VICODIN helps her immensly LMAO, look at her pupils are PINNED.

  • Wow, did you see the X-ray behind that doctor with the person with a key up there ass?

  • That thing with the child WAS disturbing, you're supposed to make the patient breath all the way OUT.... Cracking your neck with a full a full inhale can be dangerous.

  • Chiropractic has been dying for years, fucking scam. "How can I become a Doctor without going to medical school or even taking the MCAT?" Ah ill preach about conditions that don't exist and scam people into getting treatments they don't need.

  • "Putting the electrical energy from your knee into your brain."

I'm a Biomedical Scientist and I can honestly say I don't have a fucking clue what this and many more things these quacks said, even means. Does he mean action potentials of nerve impulses? I guess that could be called electrical energy. But how the fuck do you get there from your foot? A nerve that connects your spine (and hence brain) with your knee has no business in your feet. That would be a waist of energy.

  • That chiropractor just wants to feel that good looking girl up.

  • i feel sorry for this old lady :/

  • I cannot watch when he does the adjustment on the kids. That is so very, very wrong...

  • I miss this show :( too bad it ended :(

  • Autism is kinda like being a midgit or being gay, it's just something your born with. To say that someone gets it from a slightly bad spine is a fucking dumbass who didn't check their facts. Same goes for cures for it. All the people who say it's curable are morons you can't cure a disability just like you can't rid the world of drugs. If someone told me that they can cure my brother of autism (which he has), and gave me a bullshit non-scientific cure, I would smack them so hard that they would

  • @WarOnSanity MAGIC

  • now time to see what phildirt3 said..

  • FFFFFFFT!!!!!!! Fuck no. I've had Autisum since BIRTH retard! I have NEVER been to a mother fucking chyro whatever practer in my life. >:L Penn is right! This is BULL MOTHER FUCKING SHIT.

  • LOOOOL MAGNAMITTS

  • SEE IF YOU CAN FEEL YOUR OVARY TWITCHING. AHAHAHAHAHAAHA! Amazing.

  • @deliriumdoll The guy looks like David Bowie.

  • Regarding Chiropractic - Although some Traditional chiropractors still believe the entirity of what Palmer publicised the majority of modern chiropractors use the fundamental belief that misalignment of the spine and its associated nerve pathways (consisting of nearly all but 7 of the human bodies nerve system in and out of the central nervous system) only affect regional back and limb pain; a widely scientifically approved statement.

  • When Penn said look away for the chiropractor part, I thought the dude was gonna snap the kids neck off xD

  • @ Channel30tree You're obviously missing the point, you're not going to find credible experts advocating alternative medicine. The experts they have are just your normal practicing physicians you would find throughout the world. They didn't even need these people to make them look bad really, they looked dumb as hell without them as well.

  • This show is bullshit. They are very biased, and just get supposed "experts" that completely the real ones look bad.

  • @Channel30tree EEEEEEENH! wrong.

You know what they call alternative medicine that actually works?

    Medicine.

  • @SCRulerShinoda Thats a fair point.

  • Well: physicsbuzz.physicscentral. com/2011/06/magnets-might-help-prevent-heart.html

  • 2 people are magnet salesmen.

  • Real magnet therapy exists and its called "deep brain stimulation."

  • 2 to 3 months and her knee was better.Haaaa its called healing JACKASS

  • 5:54 hahahahahahahahaha

  • All pseudoscientific cures in a nutshell:

placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo, bullshit, placebo and some more BULLSHIT.

  • Magnets...

    How do they work?

  • @WarOnSanity miracles?

  • @bokprop420

only if youre a ghetto clown...

  • @WarOnSanity that talk a bunch of shit but as soon as another shitty white rapper pulls a gun on you, you run off to the cops.

  • @bokprop420

    exactly

bitch boy sell out faygo chugging morons

  • that doctor at the end... LMAO!

  • 0:18 hahahahaha

  • I can't believe how that "scientist" could keep a straight face...

  • although this is all bullshit you cant deny the placebo effect that help some people

  • Fuckin' magnets...

  • Well we are made up of Magnetic stuff actually. Although I know these people are bull shit. People should check diamagnetic. They used the magnetic properties of water found in life forms from frogs to fruit and were able to suspend them in air using magnets. Check it out for yourself.

  • I think I would have noticed that the mitts didn't stick together when holding them...

  • hahahahah hilarious with magnet hat, pissed myself laughing!!

  • it doesnt matter that hitchens and penn and tell james randi richard dawkins prove all this stuff is bullshit the power of the believers is so much stronger the crooks will always have an audience it just wont be me

  • @phildirt3 commas aren't bullshit.

  • Poor woman had to publicly embarrass herself for those magnets hahaha

  • he has to be the only non gynocologist who asks can you feel your ovaries twitching?

  • Mental masturbation sounds painfull!

  • Magnets, how do they work?

  • that's really bad when a guy who makes claims that the magnets can cure shit actually says on camera THAT IT DOESN'T DO SHIT!!!!

  • lol, i love this episode! Especially being chinese and all it's herbal bullshit curing cancer medicine. LOL

  • I feel bad for the victims of those dead relative psychics because they're getting preyed on at their most desperate and vulnerable, these people on the other hand are complete idiots.

  • @TheAnthrochocobo

I actually find the whole psychology of the placebo effect interesting. They are given a prop and told that its doing something....and they believe it so much that their mind takes away whatever pain they are feeling. I could tell someone that by eating a scrambled egg with thyme and just a hint of rosemary will ease their arthritis....and it does, because they WANT it to.

The human brain really is neat.

  • What exactly was so disturbing about that? I don't get it.

  • You know you people debunk this bullshit, and rightly so. However you have to consider the placebo effect. If your doctor tells you he's injecting you with morphene, but injects you with saline solution, you will get genuine pain relief. Your body secrets chemicals that create pain relief that's a scientific FACT. Is the doctor a bullshitter too?

  • I thought the magnet mitts were funny... then they brought out the magnet hat... THEN they brought out "What's that doing is pulling the electrical energy into your knee from your brain!" and "See if you can feel your overy twitching!"

HILARIOUS!! The sad thing is that the funniest part was NOT meant to be a joke :( Poor rubes...

  • the hat and gloves killed me hahahahah

  • LOL

There's not much more to say. That woman...just, I mean... /facepalm,

  • The two people who disliked this were the ones that had snails on their face.

  • SEE IF YOU CAN FEEL YOUR OVARY TWITCHING

  • OHHHH GOD hahahaahahahahahahahahhahsdkljhslakdhh i'm dying

  • lmao this poor woman

  • @Eluliell

and this shit is season 1.

it just gets better and better.

  • "OH DEAR EVIL JESUS!"

  • C'mon - they paid that lady... right? Oh please tell me they paid her to act. (sigh)

  • What is this guy talking about science? & even then, you have even MD's who are quacks. You can not judge the validity of a profession by what you pick!

it is more interesting that in drug trials, the placebo group usually does better, and the Medical Science, which is not absolute(the medications do not work exactly the same way in every one 2+2 is always 4 and 2H+O=H2O, always!), can not explain it!

  • ...

    Who sponsored these guys?

Like who sponsored the "Food Pyramid" study that had the cow's milk and the animal protein as the main source of our nutritional need? {the meet & dairy industry did!}:

    whychiropractic(DOT)blogspot(DOT)com/2008/03/ama-vs-chiropractic(DOT)html

    True but not Totally

  • ontario mills, CA bitches!! :D

  • The debunker Dr looks kind of like Ron Paul.

  • A lot of chiropractics are Scientologists, the masters of bullshit medicine. They even have a good chunk of their front-group, WISE dedicated to chiropractics (And dentists, but that's another story). But it's even worse than the usual bullshit chiropractics, because they throw Scientology 'technology' into the mix.

  • Your body heals and relaxes when you sleep, it isn't the magnet you're 'sleeping' with.

  • To understand the truth, you have to understand whats going on and how deep it goes. The mainstream medical establishment has one prime concern, PROFIT! They want to keep people alive, but in need of their "medicine". Its not hard to understand, you just have to want to understand it enough.

There absolutely are alternatives to what is promoted by the mainstream medical industry, but the large majority of what is generally considered alternative is nonsense. I'll answer questions about this.

  • @miketonon Along with organic food, alternative medicine is BIG business.

  • @illmitchjax, it has generally become a big business. Anyone can rip you off, but if the business is involved in a monopoly, keep a closer eye on them and question their answers more aggressively. Alot of organic food and alternative medicine is comprised of many small businesses though. Regardless, a lot of so-called organic food is not organic! And a lot of alternative medicine (being that alternative is EVERYTHING that mainstream doesn't consist of) is nonsense. But there are alternative...

  • @illmitchjax... methods that work.

  • 00:53 fucking magnets how do they work!?

  • all of the chicks with back problems have nice cans, anyone notice that?

  • but the chiropractic work on me though...

My back had pressure twice when I was a baby because I had open heard surgury and your spine get crushed when they open the rib cage.

It does feel alot better afterwards, but it comes back after a year or so, and so I go back

But I find only one chiropractor works in the region where I live :/

I once went to one and it did nothing...

  • @junksmasher There are legitimate applications of chiropractic which even P&T acknowledge (even enlisting a DC on their side - who'd've thought! - though unfortunately that will be lost on a lot of people). What's irresponsible are all the quackerific panacea claims made by less reputable DC's. Chiropractic is not supposed to be alternative, but COMPLEMENTARY medicine.

  • Now thats fasionable 4:50

  • That magnet dude is fucking crazy.

  • that is so bootleg.... crappy hypnotic suggestion with freakin' magnets

  • Chiropracting looks violent for the patient o.o I thought he was trying to break her neck.

  • Fucking Magnets, how do they work?

    /icpjoke

  • I'm the asshole who asks that reflexologist why he doesn't use reflexology to get out of the wheelchair.

  • 4:00 HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

  • First off let me tell you about emf's enough of those aimed at your head is ganna make you fucking crazy.

Also don't buy one of those beds. I put them in my bed which is mad of metal and it magnitized the whole thing. Next thing I know my bed stuck to the roof and the railings have formed a make shift cage. I took me 2 weeks to get out.

Do you think those magnets will help with wankers cramp?

  • fucking magnets!!

  • Placebo effect! :D

  • Also hearing that childs bones when he was pressing on her back made me cringe.

  • OMG! WHAT THE HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL IS WRONG WITH THAT CHIROPRACTOR TWISTING THAT BABIES HEAD AND PRESSING DOWN ON HER SPINE. WTF! CHILDREN ARE NOT FULLY FORMED.

  • @fantasticanime2010 could be a pedo.

  • That woman at 4:00 is a fucking idiot

  • The chiropractor is actually working for my husband (as evidenced by his spinal x-rays).... however, that's one of three, and the other two actually made it worse. He's been in several car accidents in his life and never saw a doctor for it, until after we were married and ended up with a chiropractor rather than a surgeon (he's not 30 yet). It's working out well. HOWEVER... the people we see who work so well for him keep trying to get my custom as well and the worst thing I have is bad posture!

  • @Erynnsilver I had to try more then three to get the right one :/ Some of them shouldn't even be doing it I say

  • that fucking asshole who does chiropractic spinal manipulations on LITTLE KIDS is a lunatic, he could seriously injure some poor kid whose spine isnt fully developed yet, maybe slipping a disc, making them crippled or otherwise severely traumatized physically and/or psychologically. what kind of idiotic parent would send their young child to one of these quacks?!? thats disgusting

  • @D119heavy I haven't seen the guy yet, but chiropractic adjustments are safe if they're done by someone who knows what they're doing. That's like saying you risk having your child getting in a crash every time they ride a bus with a bus driver.

  • fuckin magnets, how do they work?

  • @lavvvona

Fucking magic all up in this bitch.

  • @1110111011101 fuckin rainbows, after it rains

  • We watched 2:40 in my college psychology class!

  • I remember when I was in a car accident as a kid, and was sent to a chiropractor by my parents despite the fact that I had no injury whatsoever from the crash. Hated it, and today it still pisses me off that they put me in that bullshit practice for no reason whatsoever where they had a guy trying to snap my fucking neck.

  • hahaha this show is fucking awesome...really makes you think

  • HAHAHA!!

"What that's doing is pulling the electrical energy into your knee from your brain."

    I'm sorry... what?

  • @duralet ROFL! No kidding! I would be worried if it actually *DID* do that!

  • placebo affect.

  • There's a hyperactive kid trying to get in view of the camera a little after 3:20.

  • whne suddenly...GIANT MAGNET!

  • 4:52 is pure gold

  • "at this stage we can't offical claim scientificly claim we can cure !anything!"

    Rewiiind

"at this stage we can't offical claim scientificly claim we can cure !anything!"

    Rewiiind

"at this stage we can't offical claim scientificly claim we can cure !anything!

  • that lady in the mall.... LMAO!

  • I laughed my ass raw when Teller hit that voodoo doll with the hammer and his chest poped from it. 6:55

  • GU-LLI-BULL

  • GU-LLI-BULL-SHIT

  • Here's a hint: If you need regular chiropractic treatments, the odds are it's not working the way you want it to. Unless your muscles are constantly pulling your spine out of alignment (in which case a massage, change of job and/or change of habits would work way better), you shouldn't need multiple spinal adjustments.

  • It works even better if you get some attention while they are bullshitting you. Thats probably why the gray haired dude in the wheelchair is so popular.

  • Even if that reflex therapy crap doesn't work, it still seems like a good foot massage.

  • I wish they'd do something on acupuncture!

  • Check out season six "new age medicine" episode.

  • Really? Awesome! Thanks!

  • I think if you are really really dumb, maybe suggestion is enough to make a physical change.

  • @jayboss22 Or perhaps if you´re really really smart. Do not underestimate the power of placebo.

  • I think we should not laugh at them because they are desperate for a pain relief. I'm really glad not to live with chronic back pain or migraines. Instead, I suggest that people should show them compassion and encourage them to seek real help.

  • @260191894 So true. These people should be encouraged to look out for these phony alternative medicines and get educated on how the placebo effect works, how the scientific method works, and to understand that skepticism is their friend, especially when these fake medicine pushers claim to have products and techniques that can "cure" things.

  • Am I wrong, or did they throw this Bullshit experiment at the Ontario Mills mall in Ontario, California? I live like 10 miles from there!

  • telekinetic finger fucking!

  • I had reflexology on my feet. It doesn't help any problems, but it was really relaxing and I would do it again just to get a nice foot massage

  • That would be fine as long as it is sold and marketed as such. If it works for you, go for it.

  • Meh, the Placebo effect may not officially work but if it sells well then who cares?

  • LOOL XD! '' Feels like something is kinda rushing throught there '' mhmm

  • That has was very funny! Apart from medicine, I also use natural things like tea tree oil for pimples. That ain't from the power of my brain unlike these!

  • i hate that benzoyl peroxide cause it bleaches everything, so....does that tea tree oil work for your pimples?

  • It is called the placebo effect and it is a scientifically well-documented fact: if one thinks something is good for them, the brain will generate a sensation of well-being although nothing is really happening. This is why any scientific experiment needs to control for the placebo effect.

  • The huge magnet is used to castrate cattle (if it were a real magnet). lol Seriously, people's problems are real but alternative medicine is not. Hence, we should not laugh at them but at those so called "doctors".

  • @260191894

And he pointed it straight at her chest! She's lucky her ovaries didn't come ripping out of her body like the Xenomorph!

  • lol! True!

  • lol at the huge magnet.

  • Hey I do my own chiropractic adjustments all the time!!! For Free!!!!!

  • so straping a magnets negative pole to my knee will fix my ripped and stretched ligaments in 3 months? is that neodymium? do I add AC power to boost? should I smoke some meth while im at it??

the ONLY thing I can think magnets would do to the human body is displace the iron in our blood therefore making it WORSE for you. MRI's are capable of making your circulation go the wrong way I have heard but theys powerful =)

  • Is the woman at 7.29 Squeaky Fromme out of the Manson Family?!

  • Scary stuff. My mum's had cancer twice. Thank god she went to proper doctors instead of trying this load of old sh*te, or she might not be here today. I wonder how many people actually die because they turn to this stuff instead of proper medicine? Like DeadFish's Dildo theory though!! x

  • i love how they always say "WE"

  • I put a strap-on dildo on myself when I had a broken wrist. And two or three years later, it was healed! I don't know how it works, but it works!

  • ha!

  • @DeadFishFactory it wasn't the magnets. the body has a natural process of healing itself. that's how your wrist healed.

  • @DeadFishFactory Was it a "magnetic cunt-pickle"? XD

  • @DeadFishFactory lmmfao

  • Hilarious!

  • so that reflexology guy.... wouldnt he be in perfect health?... not to be offensive, but why cant reflexology get him out of the wheelchair? alternative medicine is dog shit

  • 7:15 he has his hand on her ass

  • hahaha she was trying to haggle.

    "magno mitts like these..."

She saw them for the first time, five minutes ago, and she's already an appraiser.

  • It just goes to show how easy it is to make an infomercial.

  • the magno hat/magnomitt scene was ridiculously funny

    holy shit
