To do any of that, you need an AirPcap. Its flash drive looking thing. Aircap is a name of the product. For example, its not a "car", its a toyota camry. The AirPcap ( they have different ones) costs anywhere from 200 dollars to 600 dollars. Is it really worth it? and if your looking for a website to get the AirPcap, just GOOGLE it.

You need thr airpcap drivers, but you also need the airpcap adapter. Google "cace" they are the most popular seller. they cost quite a bit of $ though.

Yes...if they have AirPcap, or if they know how to sniff without AirPcap and using Cain and Abel. Google "capturesetup/wlan" and click the first link which will take you to the WireShark website, and teach you how to sniff packets, and just do the same thing after you've sniffed find out the password with Cain and Abel.
