  • Let them go. I'm sick of their asses always threatening it. Let's just kick them out.

  • Gov Perry, when the Texas tourism board a few years ago came up with the slogan: "Texas: Like a whole other country", they didn't expect you to take it seriously!

  • Perry is a moron, but on THIS ONE ISSUE, I tend to agree. If the federal government continues to ignore its constitutional bounds and continues its corruption. Individual states have the right to ONE ignore federal legislation and TWO when all else fails secede from the union.

  • Please do it asap. Mexico is so waiting to crush texas and make texans their bitches

  • @TheEuphony69 Im mexican but I consider myself a texan. Just because theres some mexicans doesnt mean we want to take over. California is the real problem right now lol

  • @roflcoptr20 you are correct. States reserve the right to block the fed, if the fed is taking rights, & it's the "checks & balances" part of gov't.

  • It's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES 12 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN THE PRIMARY.

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED REPUBLICAN YOU CANNOT VOTE IN THE PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN THE PRIMARY, HE WON'T BE IN THE GENERAL ELECTION! REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN. FIND OUT WHEN YOUR STATE HAS PRIMARIES. FIND OUT WHERE AND VOTE !

WE NEED EVERY LAST VOTE ! Copy and paste this everywhere

  • @RoflCoptr20 You fail to realize that the peoples votes do not matter. A candidate needs fewer than 25% of the peoples votes to become president due to the Electoral College. Look it up.

Having Mr. Paul as a president would be worse than any of the other candidates.

Spread the word to not vote at all.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs ya well that 25% sounds like it matters so vote for paul at least you can trust him to do what he says unlike the other candidates, and you say having paul as president would be worse tell me how dont just say it.

  • @RoflCoptr20 That's the thing, I trust him do do exactly what he believes, and one of those things is to require Christianity in public schools. I do not agree with that, and I don't want that to happen.

Also, quit dodging the issue. If the votes of the people do not count, then why vote at all? If the candidates can't get votes from the people, you'll still see one of them get elected as president. According to who the electoral college wants as president.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs Ron Paul will not require any religion in any school, if you listen to what he says he is trying to give the states their power back and limit government involvement in issues like these. Last time i checked the president cant create state laws...public schools will be run by the state not by the government. And im not dodging the issue people just need to know who to elect. assuming corruption isnt an issue.

  • @RoflCoptr20 Assuming makes an ass out of you and me. And assuming that corruption isn't an issue is like assuming that the big corporations can be trusted with self-regulation. The reality is that corruption is at every level of the current government, and big business can never be trusted to self-regulate. None of the candidates are the answer. All of them are either lunatics, bought by big business or the banks, or (in most cases) they are both crazy and bought. That includes Ron Paul.

  • @Reynard13Fuchs Ok so everyones crazy theres nothing we can do lets all go live in a forest and if ron paul was bought like you say he is why do the republicans and the media hate him so much. why are big businesses and the government not pulling money out of their asses and handing it to him like they are with rick perry and mitt romney.

  • @RoflCoptr20 The state is a government. It is just a different level of it.

  • @Not2Sane obviously.......there is both state and federal government, state is supposed to overpower federal as long as it doesn't take rights away from the people, which is clearly not the case nowadays. correct me if im wrong.

  • @RoflCoptr20 States are never meant to have more power than the federal government, that would defeat the whole purpose of having a federal government

  • @MaCh1N3niqqa The Federal Government is only there to make sure that the states power is not interfering with individual rights such as racism and slavery, and to protect us and defend us during war..it was never meant to become this big, it was never meant to be this powerful.

  • @RoflCoptr20 under the articles of conferatation this was true, but the articles of confederation were a complete and utter failure. That is why we have our current constitution, because the founding fathers realized that having a wimpy federal government didn't work. If you still think "big" government is bad, maybe you should take a look at the only country in the world that isn't failing economically, Germany, which has a big federal government.

  • @MaCh1N3niqqa I agree, but i mean come on There are wax to many taxes, regulations(especially for business), and lack of freedom. The Federal Income Tax is Bogus yet its enforced, we cant even grow and use industrical hemp just because its related to marijuana. I agree small governments isnt very good but its better than a big government driving us into the ground.

  • @RoflCoptr20 too many taxes my ass. The US has one of the LOWEST capitol gains taxes in the world, regulations are not a problem as they are put there to prevent over working and businesses creating safety hazards like using lead paint. there is lack of freedom in many areas, but you should not look to the republicans to change this, they want everyone to be good little christian boys and girls who hate fags and heathens. Big government isnt driving us into the ground, greed and idiocy is.

  • @MaCh1N3niqqa Ok let me re-phrase. Due to a big and powerful government greed and idiocy is easily accomplished, yes ok big government has its benefits im not saying the regulations and all the taxes are bad. i have nothing against big government but when we are not being listened to and the govt. does whatever it wants spending the money meant for education on war and weapons.....its time to make a change. Im voting for Ron Paul not because he wants small govt but because......

  • @RoflCoptr20 I can trust him to do as he says....mainly due to his voting record, ya hes not the best but the least he can do is bring the troops home and use them to secure the southern border, give the states power to legalize what substances they choose (mainly marijuana the #1 cash-crop), and at least grow industrial hemp(stronger than cotton and grows faster than trees) instead of destroying the forests.

  • @RoflCoptr20 i do agree with Ron Paul on the legalization of many things like marijuana, but i don't like the fact that he is for the gold standard. The gold standard is a pointless system. I mean really think about it should we A) value our currency based on our perception of its value, or, B) base it off of the value of gold, which is based our perception of its value.

  • @MaCh1N3niqqa The gold standard is one of those radical ideas that obviously will not pass...the transition will not be possible or realistic no matter how we look at it. Other than that most of his other ideas offer real immediate solutions which is what we need most at this point in time.

  • @RoflCoptr20 The Federal government has only ever regulated minimum standards for schools.

  • Go For it Perry!!! Then you cant be a President anymore, nor can anyone from TX after the succession. Good Riddence!

  • he doesnt love this Country enough to get through one "black guy" presidency! hes gotta go right to telling the other 49 states in our beloved Union, and government that our founders bled and died to build, that he would like to not be associated with them anymore??? that he wanted an utter divorce from the United States of America, cant believe we let someone run for office after saying that! 100 years ago that kind of talk would have ended up someone in front of a fireing squad for treason!!

  • its was decided by the texas legislator; not himself alone do u understand?when he becoem president hello be good; bec. he sa principle guy.-a natural born leader-hrad working his zodiac sign; tiger(brign luck in this country)his wife also a dragon year born -both of tem brign luck in this country. in asia women want a baby born under the tiger eyar and dragon yera-it bring luck to the busienss and head of state -no one si perfect all poitician ha san erors- so think about it.

  • @jadegiles25 no he is an asshole, a natural born asshole.

  • Texas kicks ass!

  • Someone built that company, he sacrificed for a dream. I think we should set tax rates the same as China, enforce immigration laws on books, put a tariff on imported goods, my it a right to work country, set tax rates the same percentage for rich as middle class, and set huge fines for companies that employee illegals. Bet all would work itself out. Make illegals pay! To put kids in school, and require they do.

  • Flip, we have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world. Right or wrong how they spend their money, every time you raise their taxes they close the plants and them to Mexico or China. A manufacture I deal with recently did just that. They were in a union state, simply moved plant. I'm no fan of big companies, they have no heart. But those 10000 lost jobs aren't coming back. Texas is far from top heavy, but what about migrants? Isn't that the topic? Like Obama, want to ignore the issue

  • No Jazz, were in trouble. Were in trouble as a nation, when the democrats said "pathway to citizenship" the border crossing tripled. Perry is from Texas, he grew up with no indoor plumbing, dirt poor. Bush moved here as a teen and wanted to be a Texan. He is from old money, from back east. I think New Hampshire. I believe in our constitution, I'm a tea party guy, was always a independent before. I really think were in trouble. I think the media is run by liberals that have tons of money and no

  • @funthrillscouple ..We whine about the unemployment rate, but here are some #'s. Corporate America is sitting on 1.7 trillion, Profits of fortune 500 companies grew by 81%, and corporate tax revenue, as a percentage of the GDP is the lowest it has EVER BEEN. We know whats going on: The elite have rigged the system. Why hire workers, when you can just overwork a handful of workers? The top 10% own 75% of the wealth. When will America challenge wealth being extracted by the upper crust?

  • I only hope it's not too late! We have maybe 5-7 years. Can we change our country that quick?

  • When your child is crying in your arms at ER and you can't see a Dr because they are full of illegals, or your family member is attacked by ms13 in the street or in their own home, or your kids get a rookie teacher and the kids of illegals get good teachers, then you'll finally see what were talking about. When

They tax you and give it to an illegal driving a BMW threw welfare, then you'll be pissed off. Until we as Americans band together and say enough, till we quit arguing with each other an

  • We produce very little oil here, we refine 90% that comes into the country. But all you hear here isn't true. Perry was talking of seceding, notice it's dubbed. Bush wasn't from here, he is a wanna be. We have no state income tax, a low sales tax (8.25%), tort reform. We have lots of industry and jobs, and one of the highest standards of living in the country. As to federal aid? Where is it? Our border sucks! But they're all headed north now, so you'll understand in five years or so. When Perry

  • Last study showed Texas would have top 30 economy in world if left the union. It's liberal BS, noticed it was dubbed. But if she did leave would be bad. 90% of oil is refined in Texas. Better buy a golf cart.

  • @johnneal132

When the oil runs out, what will you do?

You might survive for 50 years - and then what?

  • @johnneal132 ....Texas is very top heavy. It mirrors the U.S. Deregulation and corruption have stacked the deck in favor of the elite. Govt. defers to them, and lower the taxes for the elite and they pocket the money. They dont hire people....they simply squeeze productivity out of the few. This greed has destroyed our economy. There is no demand, because consumers dont have money. confidence is at an all time low. Yet we keep hearing juvenile arguments about socialism...just weird.

  • Just kick Texas out of the union and get it over with. I won't miss them.

  • This is why many politicians in Washington want to secretly keep the War on Drugs/War on the Borders and Illegal Immigration going longer, because it prevents Texas from seceding the Union.

Texas would turn into a War-Torn Afghanistan if it left the Union, and its economy would be destroyed.

  • There's no doubt Texas can secede if it wants to, but does it really want to?

If Texas became independent, then there's no more federal taxes, Social Security, Obamacare, FEMA aid, federal stimulus packages, or even Homeland Security, National Security and Border Patrol funded by the federal government.

Without federal funding for securing the borders of Texas which is very costly, many Texans realize the drug cartels would overrun Texas and Mexico might take back Texas if that were to happen.

  • NATO as full of shit it has been for years, even recognizes Texas as captured due to the civil war. As well as our agreement.

Can we as a republic survive? Yes.Texas had the highest trade in the world , prior to the blockade. Not to mention a oil well that is said to be able to produce oil in 30 years, outdoing Saudi Arabia in its entirety.

An existing account for a independent Texas. And willingness to return to the original constitutional ideology with a respect for the U.S.A. YES!!!!!

  • GOOGLE: 'perry politifact secession truth'

  • This guy is a total douchelord!

  • future potential president ladies and gentleman. Rick Jefferson Davis Perry

  • rick perry sucks im from texas and go ron paul

  • This Constitutional Hack would succeed from the Union before he would succeed from Mexico...

  • If Rick Perry becomes president, he will probably be very similar to George W. Bush. He will explode the size of the U.S. government and U.S. government debt, he will find sneaky ways to raise taxes, he will do nothing about the Federal Reserve or corruption in our financial system and he will push the agenda of the globalists at every turn.

Rick Perry has a record that should make all Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians and Independents cringe.

I dont trust him at all!!!!!!!

  • @theDeckisStacked I omit it because it's conjecture/speculation, is non declaratory and irrelevant. There's a huge difference between: "it's raining" and "it could rain". With 15 months to the election I'd hesitate to make any predictions. I do know this: Americans are losing confidence in Obama's leadership. If the economy is like this next year, it will be a challenge to sell another 4 years.

  • @theDeckisStacked Implied isn't doing or saying, his statement is casual speculation and doesn't imply consideration of anything. You're trying to make something out of nothing - good luck with that. You conveniently omit the sentence before your quote that states: “We’ve got a great union. There is absolutely no reason to dissolve it." It would be prudent to wait until there's a debate before declaring winners and losers.

  • @theDeckisStacked Insinuated! Politifact vetted the matter and found it false in two different investigations. Give it up. Perry explicitly stated, “We’ve got a great union. There is absolutely no reason to dissolve it." He's not trying to 'have it both ways' and jokes about the issue. His opponents are trying to twist nothing into something and it's not going to work - the facts are against them and it only makes them look like ignorant fools.

  • @theDeckisStacked "sounds to me that he threatened" isn't he DID. Politifact did an in-depth study of the claim, they say he DIDN'T - take it up with them. If you have any respect for the truth, you'll stop perpetuating mis-information.

  • @theDeckisStacked GOOGLE 'perry secede politifact truth'

  • GOOGLE; 'perry secession politifact truth' for the truth on Perry.

  • Consider this: The same name-calling and referring to people as arrogant un-educated idiots was very prevalent in England back when the AMERICANS WANTED TO BECOME INDEPENDENT FROM THE TYRANNICAL KING OF ENGLAND. So, shut the hell up and learn your history before you start the name calling.

  • @Smashinz2002 NAILED IT. The Declaration of Independence is a document of secession. Treason? On person's secession is another's declaration of sovereignty.

  • @theDeckisStacked

Election Day 2012 is still a long ways off and Rick Perry has more than enough time to self-destruct his fledgling candidacy. He's just the latest flash in the pan to attract some attention based on nothing more than the fact that he is the latest clown to think God wants him to be President. He most likely will fall in the polls as rapidly as he has risen. Polls don't really mean very much at this stage of the game. "President" Ross Perot led in the polls 20 years ago...

  • Rick Perry should take a remedial history course before running for President. His bizarre statement “…When Texas came into the Union in 1845, one of the issues was that we would be able to leave, if we decided to do that” is totally made up. Texas tried to secede from the Union once before. How well did that turn out?! Another word for secession is treason, Governor Perry!!

  • @GottaBme4me2bFree GOOGLE 'politifact truth perry secession'

  • @dospesentas You missed my point dospesentas. I will grant you that Governor Perry hasn't stated that he advocates secession. But he has repeatedly and falsely stated that when the United States annexed Texas in 1845, Texas was given the right to leave the Union if it decided to do that. That is totally false. GOOGLE this: "Joint Resolution for Annexing Texas to the United States Approved March 1, 1845"

  • @GottaBme4me2bFree Thanks for the acknowledgment of the truth. Actually part of Texas's entry into the union was the option to leave the union and become several states (each with 2 senators). Talk of secession is gossip, it's not going to happen and Perry jokes about the subject. It's just another attack lie perpetuated by his opponents. Perry's well vetted, Democrat's petty dirt slinging sounds good at first, but falls apart in sunlight - he's not Palin and won't be as easily a target.

  • @dospesentas Really?? Although I disagree with you politically, it's obvious to me that you are intelligent and passionate in your support of Rick Perry. I seriously doubt that you honestly believe Rick Perry's big lie that Texas was given the option to leave the Union. The option you referred to made absolutely no mention whatsoever of Texas leaving the Union in order to create a maximum of four additional states, all of which (including Texas) would be still be states within our Union.

  • @GottaBme4me2bFree I'm actually not a Perry supporter (not yet anyway). I just don't like the record being twisted. I know Rick and it's troubling when his positions and actions are misconstrued. He doesn't believe there is a right to secede, but like many other governors, he's frustrated with big federal government and it's mandates. The guy's a consummate politician and campaigner who tries to bring everyone into his tent, including Texas secessionists - sometimes that backfires.

  • Friends, please dont let friends vote for texans

  • GOOGLE: 'perry secession politifact' for a reality check on the subject.

  • those ignorant rednecks still have the most economicly stable state in the union. And we have the largest influx of out of state workers coming here why is that oh cuz we have jobs and a govt that kinda makes things work. but maybe the U.S. should throw us out save us the trouble of staying in.

  • @3030johnny Texas ranks amongst the worst in terms of economic stratification, poverty, childhood disease, children living in poverty, education and environmental degradation. Texas has the highest percentage of people without healthcare of any state in the USA. Texans have the longest wait for treatment of disease of any state (gotta love those capitalist death panels). I know how Texans measure economic success. You only look at how many aristocratic, pleutocratic millionaires you have.

  • @maronfan Facts you conveniently omit: Texas has a 1,200+ mile border with Mexico, the highest population of uneducated/poor immigrants of any state and more illegals than the populations of Vermont and New Hampshire combined. A more fair comparison is to take the Anglo population in Texas and compare them to other states who, with the exception of two others, have principally Anglo populations. Your criticism is based on an unfair comparison of apples to oranges.

  • @justfactsallowed I'll give you that Texas has to deal with the fact that the USA has no immigration enforcement. Employers who hire illegals should be thrown in jail or have their corporations dissolved and the illegals should be sent home. I think that we can probably agree on that point.

  • I can't stand my Governor! Run for president, so we can finally get rid of you! Let's see if you can win. Wanting to leave the country that you want to run...wow!

  • Man, I can't wait. Finally we Americans can get rid of all of those ignorant rednecks who vote for fascists like Little Ricky. Little Ricky makes George "The Village Idiot" Bush seem intelligent. Maybe we can move Austin up to America as I know plenty of good progressives and hippies who are from Austin. Anyway, Little Ricky - please, please leave before we Americans through you out of the Union.

  • In one month Texas would belong to a drug lord and the new illegals (Texans) would be trying to cross the border to the USA. All those guns we are sending to Mexico will be used to slaughter and possibly wipe out the lonestar state. What a stupid thought I can't believe it came out of a college graduate. What does he think we can do without and army.

  • texaslsg.org texasonthebrink Please read this report to see if you still want to the rest of the country to be like Texas, the largest red state in the country. I live here in Texas...not by choice though

  • LITTLE MINDS...MAKE SURE U GET YOU AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS CHIPPED BEFORE THEY RUN OUT OF STOCK... AND DON"T FORGET TO MAKE SURE TO LOOK UP FEMA COFFIN TO ARRANGE A LAY AWAY PLAN SO YOU DON"T MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR POTENTIAL FUTURE IF YOU DON"T LIKE THE CHIP CONCEPT. MAYBE YOU MIGHT WANT TOO HAVE MORE CHILDREN SO YOU CAN SPREAD THE OBVIOUS GENETIC INTELLECT YOU POSSESS. WHY NOT BRING THEM ON TO THE TITANIC..WHY NOT. ...RIGHT? AHH..TOO MANY GOOD IDEAS.

    courage9070 1 sec ago

  • obviously u ppl all lost what america is, America is 50 states, countries, all unique, who fight unified under 1 federal gov't, 1 bannner, 1 money, 1 ppl

  • Super Congress - Unconstitutional , Treasonous !. 6 democrats / 6 republicans / 1 Treasonous President.

Gun control is coming watch your 2nd amendment about to be threatened.

Super Congress can supercede Constitutional Congress.

This is a huge Red alert !.

Texan's beware of the danger in washington !.

  • I feel so sorry for texas that they have a mentally handicapped person as Governor.

  • white people make me laugh when they talk their nonsense about how white is pure. white people are only white cause you fear the sun. lol

we are one race HUMAN pendejo.

any way texas should secede only if it is necessary. our gov. seems to not know wtf they are doing these days. while china is banking we as the American people are suffering for stupid unnecessary wars. our economy is going to hell and maybe the whole union should secede that way the gov stops playing with our money.

  • @fkallh8rs China is not really banking. They have over 1 BILLION people while the US only has around 300 million and they still have a smaller economy than us. Just compare China's GDP per capita with the US'. China should be embarrassed bragging about having the second biggest economy. They should have the largest along with India...*smh*

  • @redmav08 yeps....

  • Ron Paul for President !.

Treason is an Excuse by the Winner's to hang the Loser's. Benjermain Franklin.

    Texas Secession Now !.

  • Ron Paul for President PLEASE.

  • This is treasonous; it will weaken the union, help enemies, build a wall around them and cut them off from all outside resources, would have to rewrite laws dealing with trade between nations. Red states, ALWAYS take more money from the USgov than ANY blue, TX would be its own little hell hold. Red states, suck on tit of the USgov while complaining other states, they are also the more Christian have more unplanned/unwanted pregnancies, pay less taxes, have lower IQs etc How bout just nuke them

  • @cpmondello , your statement here is full of holes and misinformation. It is 'not' treasonous, better go tell that to 25 other states that have followed suit with their Sovereignty papers also.

  • Texas SHOULD secede from the union. It could be the first exclusively White European sovereign nation. It could kick out all the mestizo parasites and useless negroes and jewish crooks, and become a prototype for other White Separatist nations. Anything is possible when the White man has the freedom to think and do. USA is collapsing. The social experiment called America is over. Multiculturalism is death for White Euros and we won't make same mistake again. Racial homogeneity is the way.

  • @WhiteyMcWhiteJr Could you be anymore racist?

  • @undead50 Damn right I'm racist. No apologies. But what are you? Some brainwashed white liberal who runs around denigrating other white people like me, preferring to promote the interests of negroes and illegal mexicans instead of your own race's? Are you one of those "anti-racism" whites who is working hard to live as a minority, outnumbered and surrounded by hostile non-whites? You fool!

  • @WhiteyMcWhiteJr You know the fact that Texas used to be a Mexican state for the first half of the 19th century, and also the fact that Texas used to be a big southern slave state should tell you that the Mexicans were here before the ANGLOS were. Mexicans are good for the economy of Texas why? Because its cheap labor, so Texas won't be closing its borders anytime soon. About the Negroes? It was not their fault that they came here because of slavery.

  • @WhiteyMcWhiteJr Agree 100%, these Minority loving White Liberals defend savages..

  • Where do I sign up... ! If you did succeed, we'd move to your state in a heart beat.

  • Alot of us Latinos want Texas to secede. Reason for this means US military Bases will be gone. No federal aid to assist Texas. We will Get Texas Back to Mexico. You stupid Gringo's Texans have not given this a thought. Oh yes we have the people and the weapons to Over take Texas. VIVA MEXICO VIVA LA RAZA Tejas es Mexico. Para Todos Latinos. Adios Gringos.

  • @MegaELECTRICEYE if texas went into mexico.. it would just be even shittier..

And I hope your dumb ass knows that mexicans are mixed with europeans..you're a damn "GRINGO" yourself holmes.

  • @AgrivatedKillah And I hope you know the european in us was not by choice. Unlike the Shit for brains you dumb ass Gringos choose.

  • @MegaELECTRICEYE I'm not white, I am black.

Mexican's are a mixture of asiatic people and europeans.. no matter how hard you think you're basically all mixed[nothing wrong with that]

Bring on the racist attacks tbh.

  • @AgrivatedKillah yeah, I noticed many mexicans have this asian type of forehead/nose, eye combination, black hair. Mix just spices up life..

  • @AgrivatedKillah For us Mexicans to retake Texas the race mix and racist attacks is a none issue. Strength in Numbers is, and Texas has no Idea how many illegals are here now. Because we know that there in NO WAY to be counted for.

  • Secession of any state of the union is prohibited by the Supreme Court decision "Texas vs White et all" (1868). So basically Perry was calling for breaking the federal law. Do we really need a president who doesn't respect the laws of his own country and urges people to commit a crime? (rick perry is thinking of running for pres - what a scumbag!)

  • @Il00OOll Yo douchebag. Here's some straight talk. Your dumb little argument is a non-sequitur. If the Federal Gubbmint's laws are unjust or unacceptable to the said entity then it should have the right to act in it's own best interest. You are essentially saying that Perry is not respecting the laws and committing a crime, yet, the whole reason he is doing this is because said Government isn't acting in the interest of Texas.

  • Gov. Perry insists on approving all comments on his uploads - not too democratic.

  • if they do i would move to Texas ,if the government don't

    their shit together

  • Ill move to Texas (from Fl, Im a fellow Southener), if they secede.

  • Texas does have the best economy in the grand ol U.S. of A, or else we would not have the population growth we have had during this recession. Think about what you say before the words come out your mouth that runneth over with S (4 letter word)!!

  • @MahaLaha27 texas has huge debt which is not getting paid off. uh.. time to raise those taxes :D

  • @lloydmauler raising taxes doesn't solve debt. it only hampers economic growth which will slowly lower the taxes brought in over time.

  • As a life-long resident of Pennsylvania, and a forward-thinking Northerner, I'd love if Texas seceded. I'm 100% in support of Texas leaving the Union.

  • @FloppyBaby you do realize that 75% of millitary recruits are from texas right? Id like to see texas leave too and see how much it hurts the u.s. Texas is also the best state when it comes to economy. Texas knows how to run things. Id like to see it happen too.

  • @aggiefan1011 You realize that not even an idiot would believe that 75% of the military comes from Texas? If you're going to make up a statistic, at least make it believable. As far as military/capita, Texas is relatively low. Also, how the fuck do you rank economy?

This is the type of uneducated Texas arrogance that causes the rest of the country to hate you.

AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN GIT OUT.

  • @FloppyBaby apparently you know nothing about millitary...

  • @aggiefan1011 So you actually think that 75% of the military comes from Texas? You STUPID fuck.

  • @aggiefan1011 APPARENTLY YOU'RE A DUMB COCKSUCKER.

  • @aggiefan1011 YOU do realize that Texas got one of the biggest stimulus packages right? best economy my ass.

  • I wish that Perry would DIE right now........

  • I say let them secede. Thats two less senators and 34 less representatives for the reactionary GOP. Good riddance!

  • So long as Texas agrees to keep the Bus family - I'm all for it.

  • NO FEDERAL MONEY EITHER.

  • @MrTabby5000 Yeah the same money that there printing and charging us a precentage just to lend it to the System.

    Lending us our money Ironic.

  • Secession now !..

    Politic's Later.

  • Hey, Tripjet!!! Get the he'll outta Texas then you dang Lib. You should not be allowed to call yourself a Texan.

  • @dynabob07 Texas = Sewer

  • @BlameRepublicans and from where ever you come must be far worse.

  • What an arrogant prick! Make me ASHAMED to be a Texan.

VOTE THIS IDIOT OUT OF OFFICE FOR A BETTER TEXAS!

    BILL WHITE FOR TEXAS GOVERNOR!

  • Damn right we can!! I hope we will get out from under that intellectually impaired jug earred imbecile from Washington and Madam Mao Michelle. Plus idiotic frau eva pelosi! She better not overdose on botox !!!

  • Secession is as American as cheeseburgers. The word "American" is from when British citizens seceded from Britain and renamed themselves "Americans".

It was illegal for the British citizens we call our "founding fathers" (whom were slaveowners) to secede from the British's democratically elected parliament who was overtaxing them. But they can and did do it.

  • Texas if you succeed I hope you abolish all laws limiting commerce. I'll sell your efficient goods and services in my home state. We're going to be rich.

  • @172677 You re right with in three months not even six months Mexico ill try to get there land back again with all this drug dealers and who knows what will happen. well I'm thinking of moving back to maryland where i came from.

  • @KKKSuperFan Well, here's a short list: public schools, roads and interstates, fire and police depts, hospitals, universities and colleges. Then there's: NASA in your state, oil industry, research and development labs and companies..and more. Of the 50 largest employers in your state.....22 of them are either government owned or subsidized. Texas has almost 300,000 employed by the Federal govt. You don't know much about your state do you.

  • ANY state can leave the union, Remember where the union came from.

It was the states that created the Feds, It is also the states that can end the fed.

  • @mrjoearpaio8 Hmmmm...that old secession thingie didn't work so well last time it was tried, did it......

  • goo Texas we true Texans are with you till the end

  • ROFLMFAO, a state cannot just leave the union, just as one cannot simply walk out of a contract, which is what the Constitution is, among other things.

Suggested reading for the "governor:" Texas v. White (supreme court case, 1869)

See also, The United States Constitution, Article I - Section 10. And Article VII.

  • @RebelGuy95 We the people are sovereign. We can alter or abolish any form of government that fails to protect our rights. See Declaration of Independence.

  • @LibertarianBiker True....however, the way we abolish government is at the ballot box. Armed rebellion or secession is not in the Founding documents. And, the last time secession was tried, it didn't end too well, did it.

Get over yourselves...Texas is just like any other state. Besides, if you ever did secede....you'd be a 3rd world country in 6 months and Mexico would own the place within a year.

  • @172677 laugh my ass off. there i typed it out it was just so darn funny. i could see losing el paso to a drug cartel but please mexico doesnt have any interest in us and isnt stable enough to launch an invasion. after that we have one of the best economies in this country and frankly we large enough to be a country and hold our own. now does that mean we should secede, not really, but we could.

  • @jrddog Mexico wouldn't have to invade. It would be a walk-over. Texas would be begging for aid from every direction.

It's moot anyway. There are too many sensible Americans living in TX that would oppose it and it would lead to armed conflict. You'd lose.

  • @172677 first off mexico cant just take over texas. Did you notice what happened when Russia invaded Georgia back in like 08. Its just not how the world works. Besides strictly economically speaking Texas should secede.

  • @jrddog Texas would fall in hours. I would cheer Mexico on watching big fat rednecks getting gunned down in the street like the pigs they are. Great success!

  • @BlameRepublicans lmao big fat rednecks? sure if your going to stereotype a state at least do it well. Texas is a rather diverse state of 20,000,000 strong. We have one of the best economies in the U.S and plenty of abled man power as well as resources.

  • @jrddog I, can't wait till he pull's out his worthless money and try's to pawn it off for a hot dog.

The US Dollar is gonna decline in value so rapidly its seriously sickening.

    Democrat's - Print Money - Spend Money - More Debt - Rinse & Repeat.. A FAILed System.

  • @LibertarianBiker, What?! Why would you direct me to a document that has no legal standing in the United States of America?......could it be because you have no idea what you're talking about...

  • Rick Perry takes more federal money than any other state governor other that California. Yeah, secede. Unbelievable...talking about this, and at the same time, having his hand out to the federal government. He's pandering to his base, who will believe anything.

  • @dannon2010 What is the color of the sky in your world?

  • @Mamaluvsmambo Mine's Blue but if you ask me the Banker's see it as Green....

    Your green they want ....

  • @dannon2010 Are you stupid? First, Texas has one of the largest economies in the world. Second, Texas has over 24 million citizens within its borders. Third, Texas sends more money to the Federal Government than it gets back. Fourth, a state has the right to leave the US. The states created the Federal Government; the Federal Government didn't create the states. Take care.

  • @rtgoodson Baloney!!!UPDATE: Sept 22...This hypocrite has just sued the Feds for denying his application for 830 MILLION dollars in taxpayers money for education. Whine, whine, whine. Without Fed money coming into his state, it would collapse. Secession would turn it into a 3rd world country. So, if he thinks govt is too big, why is he suing for his cut of a pie he doesn't want? Two faced liar.
