  • how much do kinkajous cost?

  • I WANT ONE :3

  • SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CCCCCUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Is a kinkajou a good pet

  • This one is just a baby. They actually grow up to be the size of an average five year old, and stronger than a chimpanzee...so watch out. ;-)

No really it's pretty cute. How big will it get?

  • @RobNickel001 They do NOT get as big as a 5 year old child, the get to be about 4 to 8 lbs fully grown, about the size of a small house cat. and no they wont be as strong as a chimp. The only thing that you will have to watch out for is there claws, they are very sharp if you dont trim them weekly, they are very gentle, its their nature. they will only injure or kill a smaller animal if they are playing to rough with it.

  • @JamesNTammi He wasn't being serious. Which was implied by the wink.

  • 1:50 AWWWWWWWWWWWW so cute lol

  • SO cute, I'd never even heard of a kinkajou before running into this video. I did a google search and realized it's not meant for me (my dachshund probably wouldn't get along with one anyway) but it's great that yours is a good pal!

  • This is the cutest thing i've ever fucking seen!!!!

  • I was totally unaware of these until I actually saw one today. And while as a rule I disagree with keeping exotic animals as pets, these little guys seem to really take to being companion animals if hand raised from birth. And though it means I'll probably never be able to justify the cost of buying one, I'm glad they ARE expensive. That makes it less likely to be impulse buys from idiots who don't know what they're getting into. Love the video, by the way. Sickeningly cute!

  • @MightBiteYa they're just as expensive as a designer dog... lol

  • a kinkajou is and was always my fav animal i LOVE them so much

  • Aww

  • i want a kinkajou for my birth day but my mom would not want me to get one , but do you have to have some pet liscense or something i definaetely want one

  • okay, so i have a question.. i want one of these, but how much do they cost, how much is the license to get one? and are they vicious?

    O_O...

  • hes so cute(: especially at the end when he falls asleep

  • there is a webcomic "natrue of nature's art", the 10%+ story arc features two Kinkajous if you want to know

  • Have you taken it to a vet? Is it hard to find a vet who has experience with this animal? I'd be so worried about that.

  • Hey I've been trying to find a good place to get a Kinkajou for quite some time. Where did you get yours? Soo cute by the way

  • It's like someone crossed a cat with a monkey!

  • at 1:50 he was like, what the fuck are you looking at bitch

  • Alfie is just the cutest. Unfortunately, kinkajous are illegal to own in my state. I would still love to see one up close.

  • where did you get this animal!!!???? its soooo adorable!!!!

  • They can live for twenty years and they stay up all night.

  • Where can you get one?

  • so he can die? yeah sounds great.

  • Clearly you know nothing about Kinkajous.

    Go die.

  • People, regardless of the morality or legality of them, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before acquiring ANY exotic pet. Make sure you have a vet lined up who can treat them, and make sure you can care for them.

  • Not just exotics, but any animal.

  • Kinkajous are not domestic pets and even if they say they are legal, they were probably illegaly taken out of their habitat or belong in the wild.

  • Except breeders with special licenses all over the USA raise them. It's no different from cat or dog breeders.

  • Actually this is incorrect. Older kinkajou's maybe. But now Kinkajous are getting more mainstream.

  • if your thinking about getting kinkajou dont take my word for it there more of a pain in the ass than a monkey

  • no shit you can have em as pets??? how much do they cost???

  • £2000 in the UK, I think thats over $4000, but then they cost a fortune to feed properly and treat at the vets too. There's a million questions you need to ask before "how much".

  • To die for! Where's the best prices for these little buggers. 2k is a little steep :-)

  • Keep dreaming. The only people who'll offer you a kink for less than 2 grand is a scammer.

  • ive seen 1k for a 13 week but there prob scammers dont order or buy ofline theres lots of scammers

  • can you just like buy them and then keep them as pets?

  • yeh mayne. You have to check if they are legal in ur jurisdiction and make a commitment to the seller that you will keep it safe and spend enough time wit it. It will cost $3,000+ to buy one.

  • oh such a beautiful creature

  • cosita linda! adorable!!!!... las maravillas de la naturaleza siempre nos darán alegría y esperanza.

  • hello, i was wondering where you bought alfie. because ive been looking around for a kinkajou, and ive found many on the internet but im afraid that im going to get ripped off do you know where i can safely buy one?

please comment me back. that would be lovely of you ^_^

    Thanks again, Shori

  • This Is Simply Adorable.

I Have Been Looking For One For About A Month Now.I Have Read Information On Them.

I Was Wondering Were You Bought Yours From?

  • These animals are very smart and funny too. I met one at a rescue center. They're like little monkey cat people.

  • that is sooo cute!!!!

  • He is SO SO beautiful. Someday I want one... but that will have to be when I am making much better money and can afford an enclosure and other care good enough, besides just buying the critter... and probably moving to a different state. Utah may allow me to have my Sugar Gliders, tortoise, and such and to *someday* get my hedgehog or ferret... but I think they draw the line at Kinkajous.

  • I have two sugar gliders and I think i want to get kinkajous as well. They're adorable aren't they?

  • Yes, just enchanting. I admit I am such a sucker for exotics, but I really want one... SOME day. But not for awhile.

Right now my other babies are enough... especially my 3 suggies. My sugar gliders are my life. I have 2 females, Lilo and Epiphany, and Heber, my neutered male and they really are like my kids.

I love herps, too (I have a Russian tortoise, a RES Turtle) and they are great, but I just ADORE my gliders.

  • the thing is that theyre beauty cute and can.....

be like protetctors to us,if someone want to do something w/us that put us in life risk they will aoear and use its claws and teeeth to defend us...........XD

  • Is anybody knows can you get them in UK.Please help

  • omg!!! where did u get it?!?!?! i want one!!!

  • We like these things a lot b/c their eyes are round and placed on their face like a baby's - a study was done that suggested that's why women like cats so much. The eye placement and round head shape are similar to a human baby. Its instinctual

Of course, this thing is totally cute and playful too.

  • They should be allowed as pets everywhere. More people would learn how to take care of them if given the chance, instead of being told no because of the prejudices against keeping anything other than domestic dogs and cats.

  • I've held the only baby kinkajou in Scotland! So cute

  • omg thats the cutest thing ever lol

  • Animal rights/welfare people who are against keeping pets, especially any other than dogs and cats love to tell all kinds of lies, saying exotic pets are dangerous, always gotten illegally etc. etc. I haven't had a kinkajou, and won't be able to thanks to our draconion laws that make them illegal in this area. But there are places they are perfectly legal to own, and this baby is so cute.

  • In all fairness, kinkajous can be quite dangerous animals. They are very smart and pretty agile, with very sharp teeth. They can do a fair amount of damage if they want. I swither on whether I agree or disagree with them being kept as pets, but if I had the money I'd probably cave and buy one, they are beautiful. But it doesnt change the fact that a lot of people are not fit to keep them and dont realise they are not tame like a dog or cat.

  • why the hell are u guys giving this guy negative comment marks for telling the truth....he didn't say people shouldn't have one....he just said people should do research and be reponsible about buying them. Not doing this not only puts you in danger, but MORE importantly the kinkjou in danger...people shouldn't be able to buy an exotic "just" because they think its cute. My buddy has one and most of the time its a playful funloving animal, but be weiry when they are in one of their moodswings....

  • .....just remember it IS soooo cute, BUT they do have claws and teeth simular to a small badger. So don't come crying to us when your cute little baby mauls your ass for not doing a little research on how to PROPERLY keep such a unique animal as a pet.

  • aw that's cute

are those legal pets or do you need a special licence for it?

  • @myrotflcopter

    you need a special license.

  • anybody know if a kinkajou could get along with a ferret?

  • Alfie gets along with my cat, I think that they would definetely get along with a ferret...

  • do you know if it's legal to have one in california?

  • California does not allow any exotic pets.

  • Ferrets are carnivorous and might attack it.

  • Where are these animals originally from , and what is this cute thing doing in your house !?

  • ooohhh so cute!!!! :D

  • They don't have to be imported and the imported kinkajous don't generally come from breeders. They come from importers. There are several breeder here in the US. Bottle raised captive born babies make the best pets. I used to have one.

  • where can i get a kinkajou in the us or mexico from a breeder

  • its so cute

  • does it scream and attack when there are sudden movemoents or loud sounds, cause I read that they do off the internet, still my favorite animal though

  • ya so was every other animal on the planet before humans evolved and domesticated them dumbass ya that means dogs and cats

  • do LOTS of research people. they are wild.

  • Does any one know if these are legal in Canada?

  • you need a liscence

  • NO AL TRÁFICO DE ESPECIES.

  • no, they are definitely not a new species, and they are not legal in CA but I do know someone who has one. they are very cute.

  • hey where did you get this Kinkajou? are they a new species? are they allowed in cali as pets?

  • They aren't a new species, they are hundereds of years old. You need an exotic animal permit to get one, as they have to be imported from a breeder in South America.

  • Cute! Where did you get him? This is the first time I have even heard of a Kinkajou.

  • Awesome pet! I had my Kinkajou for 15 years, named Alfie also. Good Luck with him. They are alot of fun to play with.

  • heeyyy it's my totem ;-)

  • SOOOOO cute!! They kinda look like Sugar Gliders

  • WoW big claws

  • real CUTE kinkajou...tryna bite with itty bitty teetrh

  • aw what a beautiful animal! yu know it sleeps in the day time?
