The skull texture and the blade itself is a ripof from Frostmourne its only added some minor things such as fire, the circle around the handle and not the blue icy glowing.

You can add textures by opening a .nif file with nifskope and maximizing all of the nodes until you see a little purple dot. Click on it and navigate thru your files until you find the desired .dds file. It's not a n00b question, really. At least you know what textures are lol!

I made it with the Eder Scrolls Crunstruction set with some mesh components. It is not on any website at his time, but if you have jojjo's frostmourne mod and the black luster textures along with OBSE you could probably run it.
