  • hey, I just got my Launchpad and I have Ableton Live Lite...but I feel like I can't really do anything with it...help?

  • Teach me sensei :O!

  • @2:52 video and audio integration =D Haha nice ...

  • Tell me, what program(s) shall I have, if I want to buy this launchpad and use it?

  • @HakitoCZ Ableton

  • @YanmingYuMusic thanks man

  • GOOD MEN , UR ARE GREAT

  • what's the name of the sample 0:56 I think a have heard it before I think Daft Punk?

  • @jorge10002ns hey... these are samples from "The Good Men - Elektika" and "Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock - It Takes Two"

  • @Grimmbo0815 Thank you!

  • @jorge10002ns daft punk may have used it, but that is some late 80's shit, old school, I wanna rock right now by Rob Base, and I bet he lifted it too . . .

  • Awesome

  • i like :3 but i would use some more accurate solution to control the volumes - for example: novation ZeRO SL Mk II :)

  • It's videos like these that make me excited to want to experiment with Ableton and create something awesome like this.

  • nice man i might get one are they hard to use?

  • what record software do you use?

do you have some sort of special soundcard?

  • i have the same set up, except my korg nanokeys are white and i have the nanoKontrol!

  • Nice hard core feel, better than the scaredy-cat "minimal" live demos l've seen! Criticism? There's always something. I would personally like to hear less of that distorted guitar post-1992 stuff the Prodigy came out with, more of the "way out there" synthy stuff. Electric guitars never go with techno. They tune to a melody, so do the synths, so the brain ends up comparing distorted electric guitar with idealistic synth sounds side by side, the latter being 90 deg to the former, if you get me!

  • thanks for all your comments on this vid!

  • When I was born, we babies came with single core brains. WTF? how many brains you need to use this thing? Amazing dude. 5*

  • @bluetorch13 thanks a lot. but i'm very sure, that i just got one brain at all. sometimes only a half i guess. depends on the last night ^^

  • hi, what is the name of the other controller in the upper of the video - looks like fun!

  • @bloggotronic thats the korg nano key!

  • Nice mix dude... What've you got on User 2?

  • @deanobro69 on user 2 i set bass-kill, cutoff and beatrepeat for each track with midi learn function!

  • awesome fucking set

  • @Mixikyr

  • really creative congratulations

  • @yuyulemon thanks. nowadays i do the same thing with an ipad instead of the launchpad....

  • @Grimmbo0815 Is it more functional to use an iPad instead of the Novation?

  • where did get the loops from?

  • @69audioprofit what kind of loops do you mean?

  • @Grimmbo0815 the samples from the songs all the way through, they work good togehter!

  • @69audioprofit I get the loops by editing the original songs! so the loops, that you here are only looped 8 bars of the hole track. and there are some own samples as well like the hihat sample or the synthi bassline

  • @Grimmbo0815 i just said you an inbox, let me know if you can!

  • Awesome video!!!

  • Woo! Yeah!

  • o cara destroi

  • the buttons are NOT touch sensitive

  • man im confused... one say eys and the other says no.. please confirm anyone..

  • great stuff m8 :-) :-)

  • is the buttons touch sensitive? like a drum pad..?

  • @TheVoopover nope

  • @TheVoopover no, there aucutal physical buttons

  • good work! M

  • Nice save at :46 :) What were you doing on that page you switched to? Sweet video, shows me a lot on how the launchpad can be used.. and those "button faders" aren't really that horrible, like I thought they might be.

  • You can switch to the volume, pan and Send A / Send B Page!

  • great stuff... Your no good for me, wouldn't ave been my choice there tho.... still great vid

  • good shit, i love the prodigy

  • hey i just got the launchpad about a week ago and ive used abelton before im just new to the whole djing thing, so i was wondering where you got those fx and clip& tracks, kuz i still dont know where there under,

  • thats no transposing at all. i cut the three notes of the originalsample in three little files using the SAMPLER of Ableton. Than assigned each of them to a note in the Keyboard using the Zone Function in SAMPLER.

  • how do you transpose the original part at 8:26 with your midi keyboard in ableton?

  • Awesome!!! loved the breaks except that track @ 3:00 not that I hate electro, I love it, but the change wasnt my cup of tea I guess...

  • nasty... can i get a tracklist?
