@joeschmojo Thanks for toning it down. I'm serious about this stuff, and my posts have behind them quite a bit of knowledge and research. I can't do it alone. None of us can. Not for anyone else... I started my channel with the idea of debunking the "sovereign" and "freeman" concepts. I didn't beleive it I thought it had to be a load of crap. What happened is I found out that statutes are where the crap is loaded. And now I'm one of them lol! Imagine that!
@joeschmojo You've "accepted" thier offer of slavery. I'm telling you it's that simple at the heart of it. You want real freedom and the proper authority? Then learn about what we're talking about. You know in your heart it's true.
@joeschmojo You're signing yourself up with every post. Like I said, be what you want to be. If you insist so strongly that you're a slave with no rights, then so be it. I belive you.
@joeschmojo You're still just using insults as an argument. What's wrong with you? Do you really belive that you don't have rights? Well, getting them back isn't easy. Maybe that's what the problem is. You'd have to study, and drop the high school attitude, learn some simple basic laws, see some statutes, maybe a few months worh of convincing yourself because you can't beleive what happens when you read law. The law starts to fall apart and contracts emerge.
@joeschmojo Listen, the Japanese were consenting. They didn't know it but they were. Who ever told you you were a "citizen?"
You did when you checked the box, signed the agreement, and transferred your rights via consentual agreement. It's real, and so are your rights, but you signed them away to people who perpetratind fraud on all of us.
@joeschmojo I've given you the references you requested. I should write it all up again for you personally? I'd be glad to upon condition that you A: Give me your real name, and B: Pay me 25.00 hr for preparing the material.
Refusing to examine the evidence you requested that is provided may be considered a dishonor and shall result in yourself remaing in thrall and bound by contract to surrender your rights and agree to pay money for the exercise of those rights.
@joeschmojo "They know there's no such thing" is exactly what they want you to think. They know very well we have rights. And they know how much those rights represent in financial value. Come on over to my channel and learn a thing or two. And if you call anyone any names, or are rude to anyone on my channel, or me, you'll be blocked.
I'm done typing at you. I've laid this all out in my videos, believe what you want. Be who you want. Be what you want. No one's forcing you to do anything.
@joeschmojo You believe what you want to believe, I'll believe what I've read. My channel is dedicated to research and rants on this subject. I refer to law and statute in many videos, math in others, and over time have built an ironclad case for my positions. Rather than argue with you any further, I have given you notice where my research and prove of claims can be found. If you can refrain from dishonorable posting, you are welcome to visit my channel.
@joeschmojo Stop your arguing. You're dishonoring my claims. The idea that most people don't pay thier fines is nonsense. Ever tried not paying, or not being able to pay a fine? The federal government bribes local police with funding from the GENERAL FUND. Income taxes. Your debt. And yes, gasoline and fuel taxes pay for roads.
So far all you've done is spout off like a child. If all you want to do is call me stupid, and refuse to refute what I said, you're acting dishonorably (UCC)
Alright, where do you want me to start? I'm concentrating on travel right now, in MA. I can give you references from the existing laws (and supreme court findings) proving that the right to travel is alive and well, but not if you don't withdraw consent.
@joeschmojo Gas taxes pay for roads. Point refuted. Courts are self funding revenue generators for the state. Police are paid through registration and licensing. Not all taxes are unequitable. Many are constitutional.
Why are you bragging so much? We're not talking about your income.
Why aren't you seriously addressing the issues I spoke of? You don't sound like someone who could build a company, as you don't recognise when you're defaulting on a claim.
@joeschmojo I'm more worried about the aluminum and berium being sprayed from aircraft for "geoengineering" (look it up it's banned in europe). If there are Aliens I hope they don't get me. I run an online hobby shop for a living. Not a millionaire, but what's that got to do with anything? Are you claiming that you are? lol. Prove it.
So far you have failed to respond to any point I have raised. I'm not trying to argue with you. Read what I've written and, with law, prove me wrong.
@joeschmojo The most important key is the constitution. In the constitution, it clearly states that "No state shall make any law impairing the obligations of contracts." It's there clear as day, completely overlooked by the entire population.
So did you know you were paying taxes and funding the bailouts and the wars and welfare (take your pick which one you disagree with) by your own signed consent?
When you fill out a tax form, are you signing a confession under threat and duress?
With your signature, they can ACCESS the "YOUR NAME Trust" and use YOUR AUTHORITY to create credit for thier use. Oops maybe getting too far into this for a first exposure. sorry. lol.
The point being is that all of these statutes apply through various forms of consent. If you know this, track down your applications (what I'm doing now) and withdraw your applicatory consent and terminate all the transferred "POWERS OF ATTORNEY" that are in place through application and to my detriment.
@joeschmojo For example: You are the primary interest holder in the "YOUR NAME Social Security Trust." That entity is subject to regulation as a commercial/financial entity.
So if they ask you for your "Legal Name" (something only fictional entities have) and you say "YOUR NAME" you've agreed to be LIABLE for the trust and all the regulations applying to it (license, registration, insurance, taxes, etc), never knowing that you aren't what they're after.
@joeschmojo It's actually really simple. You know you don't have constitutional rights. No one can deny that. But why don't you have constitutional rights? A right is something you own and have sole jurisdiction over. So how did the government (corp) get title to those rights?
It's so simple no one believes it. But I've been in the law books and statutes almost full time for nearly a year now, and all statutes are activated solely by your own hand through applicatory consent.
@joeschmojo Well, I'd like to debate that. You're a flesh and blood human being, not a government defined entity. All those definitions apply to persons, which are, by statute (in other words thier own definitions prove this), commercial/financial entities, and as such, are subect to regulation.
So, if you sign up and agree to be considered "AS" (as if you were) a fictional entity created by a corporation (government incorporated [means it's a business]) then you are legally treated as such.
@joeschmojo Taxpayer = Fictional Commercial Entity. You are liable for taxes because you've checked the box and signed a document wherein you define yourself as such, and are therefore bound as such.
That's what you have instead of rights. All the contracts you've signed with the government through application. Those are what activate the statutes.
Two points: these people "refusing to leave and sitting down on the floor" bullshit... one question: would you do that at closing at Wal Mart? What would you expect Wal Mart to do? Do you do sit down and refuse to leave at the shopping mall ? NO - because you just want to fuck around with the court & cops. You're PLAYING. Second, you think judge frowning upon disruptions is opressive?? . . well what if the plaintiff side of the room was full of shouters against Ryder? Judge is correct !
@rightsideofhistory Walmart and Shopping malls are not public property, like a public courthouse is, so you are trying to prejudicially compare oranges and cabbages.
@ShadowGryffindor Are you really going to split hairs on who owns the building? If you honestly think you can park your ass on the floor in the courthouse and decide to sit and not move, that since your taxes paid for the building, you can...thus extending your silly argument you could also sleep in the corner, or stay overnight after hours (because it's public, and you say so)...then you obviously don't understand simple keeping of order in society.
DORK ! So he's playing a rules technicality card... yet doesn't understand the judge's question "can you explain the prejudice..." meaning "TELL US WHY ANOTHER WEEK WOULD MATTER" Hello! Another week wouldn't matter with this dickwad. Obviously the rule created for preparation-time for much more pressing issues. These people simply make tons of videos and use the courtroom as a sandbox for entertainment. I'm sure they get all giddy and pumped up days in advance. So sad. Need lives.
There's a word for the court did this case. In English, it's usually called anarchy. What It certainly is not is rule of law. This type of behavior should never be acceptable for a court in the United States. Instead it's common. Well, just, freaking waive the other freaking rules. Where's this man's ego taking him? I don't agree with all these people do and say--but they are doing something.
@newdarnaccount Yes, one thing I think we can agree upon is that there's something wrong a base with a society that produces a judge like this--let alone hundreds.
I agree with the stance the movement takes, but doing it in such an unintelligent, obnoxious way degrades the impact of their own position...and it's kind of hard to take this Ridley fellow very serious with all the stupid sounds, voices and faces he seems so fond of reverting to. He seems like a 5th grader desperately seeking attention. Too bad he is the face of the free staters movement. I think he would be better served by simply presenting the valuable information without all his antics.
i don't think laughing and being obstinate helps your cause though, you must be able to conduct yourself in a reasonable manner otherwise you make it even harder to get your point across. It is important to behave otherwise they (the court) just think your a smart arse and treat you accordingly
funny... the little kid was playing lawyer but was quite bad at it.

@ 7:27 "...that most of the audience didn't stand when the COURT entered the courtroom" Are YOU the court Mr. Burke? I thought it was supposed to be an independent branch of government.....guess not.
Actually, cwclemons2007, the judge is the court, Not the room. Whenever the judge is doing his official capacity he IS the court. I know I didn't explain as clear as it should be but his language is EXACTLY right. Understandably misunderstood. It's hard to wrap your head around if you haven't learned the system.
maybe if Keene would stop wasting their money on these stupid arrests and resulting court trials, they could actually buy some real tables for the court room!
Like it not folks the court did not break it's own rules. It offered the defense a continuation so they could have more time to examine the witness list provided by the state. This is the purpose of the court rule the defendant cited. The defendent should not have expected that witness to be dismissed outright. That just isn't how it works in court.
victimless crimes!! I know you don't think that minor uprisings or demonstrations are harmless but many people would beg to differ. Resisting authority is Anarchist and antisocial. If you do not live by acceptable social and moral codes of America you are anti American. If you question the court system and try to cause uprising and widespread hate of American ideals you are anti American (duh). And if you think you can get away with breaking laws you don't believe are "Fair" then u r wrong.
So standing up against a tyrannical government is anti-American, as you say?
Try telling that to those people who stood up against England so that you could have the freedom to live your life and have your opinion.
My how far we've come that the very ideals of what it means to be American are now seen as anti-American. Seriously, read some history and understand just what "America" means.
Standing up against england (by english law) was highly illegal so essetially America was formed during an illegal revolt. I don't care how "un American" this sounds but america's ansestors were British people who revolted to gain land for themselves. That doesn't sound as heroic as the Native americans who fought hard for their lands and lost terribly.
Your view is interesting. So you don't believe that people should be free and in control of their own destiny? You believe that you should obediently follow the orders of your "authority"? How interesting.
Tyranny is tyranny. It doesn't matter if it's by England or our own government. Read the Federalist Papers. Heck, read the U.S. constitution. I think you'll have a better understanding of the mindset of those who, in your words, engaged in an "illegal" revolt.
the illegality of said revolt is a fact, if it was right or wrong does not factor in this disscussion. I cannot say if it was right or wrong but many died and promises were broken and America almost returned to the ways of their ancestors. "Freedom for all people" bullshit. Only years after the CIVIL war did the majority accept "blacks" into society. People (in general) are gullible if they have been taught since birth to hate they hate for their lives. Authority is meant to guide man(kind)
If you believe the Civil War was fought to end slavery you have a lot to learn.
You sound like the perfect little citizen. Obey. Obey. Obey. Your belief that another person has dominion over you is sad. Are you not equal? Why do you think that you have to blindly obey the commands of your overlords?
The formation of this nation is in fact anti British so get your facts straight. No one was breaking the laws of a country that did not even exist yet just one that had for a lot longer.
All he had to say was that because he was given less than 50% of the time required by the notice requirement, he had an inadequate time to prepare and therefore he has been prejudiced....the prosecution had been given more opportunity to prepare...if anything someone representing themselves pro se ought to have the full time required to prepare against the case of the experienced counsel of the state And regarding the objection to leading, evidence law has a number of exceptions to every rule.
Burke and his cronies practice the ancient government religion of "MIUAYGA" (pronounced like one of those very old car horns) "Make It Up As You Go Along". I can't wait to get there.
I don't understand something. If New Hampshire Free Press is such a great paper then why is your copy from Feb 08? Seems like you'd have a more recent copy of it then that.
The theme for this court case is court rules apply only against the defendants. The court and the government thugs in the court room are bound by no laws or rules. Interesting. Nick did a good job of showing that the witness was illegally testifying, yet it continued.
Keene govt is looking pretty bad when exposed by video and people who stand up for their rights.
No. The judge is the decider in this case. If found guilty, the defendant can appeal to the Superior Court, where he should be able to get a jury trial.
Cant get a jury on B or C misdemeanors in NH unless you appeal. They have been reducing the charges on the activists to Bs in order to avoid jury trials. Also you have to pay the state for the "privilege" of a jury trial and the activists are generally averse to giving the state money under any circumstances.
@joeschmojo And yes, there's still "the authority of the gun" but once you get to court, that's no longer authority.

Then by your view, the very formation of our nation is anti-American.
Ieyusa 2 years ago
The formation of this nation is in fact anti British so get your facts straight. No one was breaking the laws of a country that did not even exist yet just one that had for a lot longer.

speaking of "disruptive", isn't this the guy who lost his nut when someone didn't sit down? But it's okay when he does it, is it?

All he had to say was that because he was given less than 50% of the time required by the notice requirement, he had an inadequate time to prepare and therefore he has been prejudiced....the prosecution had been given more opportunity to prepare...if anything someone representing themselves pro se ought to have the full time required to prepare against the case of the experienced counsel of the state And regarding the objection to leading, evidence law has a number of exceptions to every rule.

Did he refer to himself in the 3rd person as "the court?"
Also LOL at "fair to the state."

Burke and his cronies practice the ancient government religion of "MIUAYGA" (pronounced like one of those very old car horns) "Make It Up As You Go Along". I can't wait to get there.

I commend you for downloading that entire video and editing it.

So if you don't stand up in adherence to the court rule it can/should be waived if no one is prejudiced?

I don't understand something. If New Hampshire Free Press is such a great paper then why is your copy from Feb 08? Seems like you'd have a more recent copy of it then that.

good job nick.

The theme for this court case is court rules apply only against the defendants. The court and the government thugs in the court room are bound by no laws or rules. Interesting. Nick did a good job of showing that the witness was illegally testifying, yet it continued.
Keene govt is looking pretty bad when exposed by video and people who stand up for their rights.

is there a jury present?
Squirelbutt 2 years ago
No. The judge is the decider in this case. If found guilty, the defendant can appeal to the Superior Court, where he should be able to get a jury trial.

TRIAL! Not sentencing.

So what ever happened to trial by jury?
Squirelbutt 2 years ago
Cant get a jury on B or C misdemeanors in NH unless you appeal. They have been reducing the charges on the activists to Bs in order to avoid jury trials. Also you have to pay the state for the "privilege" of a jury trial and the activists are generally averse to giving the state money under any circumstances.
FlailingJunk 2 years ago
privilege? I thought it was a right. Im sure the defendant has incured cost more than 20 bucks.

The men with guns disagree.
