  • hola what laser is this?, looking for a really bright laser

  • @slashdancepro You're looking at around $50,000 for most 4 watt units. If you have to ask when the information above is all you need to find what you need, then this isn't what you're looking for. Especially if you're asking on youtube.

  • Keep scanning that camera sensor, and you'll be buying yourself a new one very soon. ;)

  • Far out thats bright

  • how much in us $?

  • @iDjNando you can get a 1 watt full coloer laser for £ 1000 ( $ 2000 ) you wont need brighter than that unless your doing a large club display like the soft you would see at a tiesto concert

  • Geil ?

  • THE ULTIMATE CAT TOY

  • how much for this cool laser pointer ? :D

  • OMG, Sweden loves it! How Much?

  • Why have I never seen one in a nightclub yet ??

  • @toocoolforu I think one costs 15000 - 50000€ ;)

  • @fabiuh991 ahhhhhh?!! Yes?!! 4 Watt an you are blind when you look at the beam for 0.004 sek

  • @Schinkenrecords

Hello, please tell me more about your answer with blindness?

  • @B1TMAN The reason why people can look at this laser and not get blinded is because of the efects its producing, its scanned power, not consistant, meaning that they don't acually get much power shot into there eye for a verry long time.

  • @TechTasticDJs THIS is not true !!!

If you got shot by a machine gun you say that would not hurt??

Ok lets explain, first of all 3W laser is usually only 1Watt where at each color.

So the strongest laser is the most dangerous !

You will not get blind if 10 lasers at 0.5mW hit you ! but one laser at 10mW will damage your eye.

Second, the 3W laser (As in this video) where one of the color is aprox 1Watt, the laser is STILL 1watt when it hit your eye. moving or static beam does not matter,

  • @liteglow2000 Its different than what you think, i know a guy that croud scans with a 25 watt laser, and everyones fine, it has to do with the sise of the beam scanning speed and the effect, i know what is up, also if you had 20 .5mW it would be the same as a 10mW laser. u sir dont understand this.

  • @TechTasticDJs woah buddy. slow down. I think you should do some research on crowd scanning before you try to claim you can crowd scan with a 25 watt laser. I've got a 1w blue laser at home and it cuts clean through electrical tape. Imagine 25 times that power in somebodies eye. That's ouchtime, and illegal! You could crowd scan with it, but it's the POWER that you're scanning at that defines whether its safe/damaging or not. It is YOU who does not understand.

  • @crazydj99 But i do know a guy that does croud scanning with a 25 Watt laser, if you dont believe me i will send you the video.

  • @TechTasticDJs you CAN crowdscan with 25 watts of laser power, but it's just ridiculously unsafe.

  • @crazydj99 There is a safe way to do it, it really depends on the distance from the projector, the devergance and the effect produced.

  • @TechTasticDJs id like to see that video!! xD

  • @admdisco Sent it to you!

  • @crazydj99 TOTALLY !!!

  • @TechTasticDJs Hey! Soo Lets assume the laser starts off as a single beam of 1 cm^2 at 4W. Then as it goes it disperses like the laser in this video. When it gets to the crowd it will be lets say 4 m wide. This shows the amount of power density your eyes can withstand for a certain amount of time. It shows in cm^2 so we convert the units to find the W/cm^2 for the crowd. This is 0.01 W/cm^2 with a light spectrum o

  • @TUNDRA2529 of 400 to 700. Standard light allowance for the eye(which i couldnt post the link to in the post above) show that we can withstand this for .001 of a second. This provides the bases of how fast the laser should be moving to not blind someone( which the manufacture has to do) if you take your eye to be 1 cm long. then your moving at 1000 cm/s or 10 m per second. or 31 feet per second. This is assuming front row which they don't shine the laser too.

  • @TUNDRA2529 Im an engineer by the way haha. Just wanted to add some insight

  • @liteglow2000 a concentrated laser beam ie single dot, has a very different output to a scanned beam ie. abstracts, or patterns drawn with the galvo set, I'm sure the power output is still quite high, but not as high as a single beam.

  • look like my projector with the fog machine on

  • can this damage the retin?

  • wow :-)

  • that is the coolest thing i have ever seen

  • @FailedSquare . Then you need to get outside more. Pathetic.

  • @tomcamp6023 wanna fight about it fgt?

  • BECAREFUL! DONT CROSSS TEH BEAMS

  • SWEET! A new way to cause seizures and blindness at the same time!

  • lol great way to burn in the CMOS sensor on your didgital cammera hahahaha

  • it looks so 3D

  • so this is not an actual laser diode?...what exactly is a "laser display projector"?

  • @seansaccount101 a laser display projector projects laser images. its still a laser but with awesome galvos that can project animations, effects, etc..

  • @seansaccount101

A laser projector is a device containing one or more lasers. Three are required (red, green and blue) to produce white and every color in between. More laser modules can be added for increased power or different colors such as a deeper reds or blues.

They contain galvos that rapidly position mirrors in the X-Y axis while at the same time, circuitry is blanking the beam (turning off the laser) for short periods so you don't get trace lines. The galvos "steer" the beam around.

  • that is fucking beautiful.

  • @VDZRIDER or maybe im too high

  • bisco

  • Really nice show!

  • Cancer you just got told by a gay(no offense my friends bi) so stfu and cry 2 mommy about how you have the

Most pathetic life, on YouTube. Wanna make a speech?

  • @Xxko1157xX Awesome. I'm so stoked.

  • its like i dead and went to gay heaven..

  • @911mykidsdead Congratulations on having one of the stupidest comments I've ever read on YouTube.

  • @StyrofoamCancer thank you, thank you ... I wasnt prepared. I dont have a speech ready... first off i like to thank ALL men.. id also like to thank hot pants for thier inspiration for my love of light shows... also, id like to wish my cat a happy b-day! thank you all, god bless!

  • @StyrofoamCancer your both bellends, look at your names,

  • when the laser is being swept, wudn;'t it hit the eyes directly burning up retina?

  • The first few color changes in the beam are beautiful. Nice job!

  • well..it depends what power you want. But anything over 500mw prices start from £1500 for RGB

  • Gday guys, im after an RGP (ghetto RGB lol) laser scanner for mobile dj application....sick of my pissy 30mW homemade one .... im after somethin pretty cheap... what would you recommend ? Cheers.

  • You gotta be willing to pay well over a grand.

  • yeah lol..... not one of these things... just one of them cheap asian ones

  • try the shinp lasers i got 2 50 mw green lasers for like $250 australian

  • yeah i had a look at those, real cheap looking but sick components inside. 250 sounds mint for two 50mw lasers.

  • @KnoCantMix we're a building a bunch of RGVs soon, just got the prototype going.. how much is "pretty cheap" ?

  • sweet.cant wait to experience it at room..

    fk yea

  • looks fookin great! Bring on shah :D

  • Cool :D
